But on co-comms the other day Sam Vokes clealry stated he had suffered the same injury that Jason McCarthy had & that he probably shouldn't have played those early games as it aggrevated it.
My guess therefore from the time McCarthy was out that Vokes will be out for another 3-4 weeks.
To be honest the information you all are seeking is often let slip by players in interviews or on their social media output.
I understnad GA's stance even if I think it a little fan unfriendly.
TBH I think this post says more about your cynicism & general downer on the Couhigs than anything else.
Is he being a tad naive? Yes as he is looking at it from the perspective of how US planning & infrastructure laws work, which he effectively admitted when he commented on how our planning process is a different world...
Do I think he will get a road started if not completed by the start of next season, if anyone can then I expect him to be able to do this, especially as he has secured Dashwood's agreement.
Since I didn't hear what Sam Vokes said, nor do I know what the injury was that Jason McCarthy suffered I'm none the wiser. If you say 3-4 weeks that's as good a guess as any @Erroll_Sims
What could he do to win me over? How about submitting himself to a 30-minute grilling by @aloysius before a match sometime? That would be a good start...

You've actually reminded me Vokes did start the season for us!
I was wrongly thinking he'd missed a good month already. It feels like it!
I believe that McCarthy had a calf muscle problem that kept him out for 5 weeks or so

Oi. Stop Stealing Kevin Nolan's schtick.
I’m sure I heard him telling Phil that it was a toe injury.
