They've only just (today?) reached an agreement with Dashwood so unlikely they'll have drawn up the plans and filled in a planning application between that and kick-off.
Basically he’s happy to tell us all the latest injury news. Just don’t expect the results on match day. He doesn’t want to give away our secrets of defending set pieces for example.
I think you may have missed the previous discussion (plus I was a bit vague here) - couple of weeks ago there was one member of staff in one open kiosk in serving the entire of the Frank Adams. I had to leave the stadium to buy a bottle of water.
why should be be annoyed? its one thing that frustrated most fans that he does not seem to care about giving us any updates , even if he said will be a few weeks....he just says hope to be back at weekend and no1 believes him
If Gaz believes the marginal gains achieved by keeping his cards close to his chest is worth it then so be it, his call. Rather that than he tells us (& oppo managers) who won’t be playing and we get turned over accordingly. Short fuse fans (you know who you are) would really be giving him dogs abuse then!
Simply referring to a player as a long term, medium term or short term injury would surely be fine. Curtis Thompson AWOL for ages = long term? Taff putting on his socials 🤮 10 days = short term. Can't see Charlton changing all their plans around that.
It surely signals RC's intention to be a long term owner if he is in planning stages for an access road and potential major stadium alterations? That would be great news.
It must mean planning permission for Eddie Dashwood to build houses, wont be long before the gap between Sands and Lane End is eroded, that will mean the LEVI's will have to start interacting with normal human beings, rather than carrying on there bizarre insular rituals, similar to the lost tribes in the amazon.
Just noticed the club are advertising for 2 Physio positions. First interview question, "So, can you help us solve the mystery of what the bleep has been going on around here?!"

This is exactly what I've said during the Stadium Expansion chat!
Thoroughly enjoyed Rob laughing at the people who got upset about him saying we're aiming for promotion.
Worked on the app but not website for me
So apart from the stadium plans, was there any other golden jems that Rob revealed?
This sounds like incredible optimism unless it's "very soon" as in 2 or 3 years.
Surely we would have seen planning permissions being submitted to the Council?

You can buy water in the beer tent - it’s one of the soft drinks stocked in the fridge.

Did they ever get permission for the training ground changes?
Perhaps they could sell American beer as a substitute for water
So after all this time and post after post on the Derby forum telling us we’re going to get nothing from them because we don’t have a case, they pay.
Unnecessary attack on water
Up until the Barnsley game I don't think our set piece defending belonged in an MI5 briefcase!

Thank goodness Shrewsbury, Bolton and Exeter didn't know how long Vokes is out for

Yeah, it's nonsense
Just listened to the pre-match stuff via the website. As always, Rob Couhig spoke very well indeed. He really is very good at this sort of thing

Didn’t realise Lord Dashwood’s land extended to Lane End. Presume it goes under the M40 at some point. Interesting.
Apart from jeans, I’ve no idea what LEVIs are.
And what are “there bizarre insular rituals” ?
LEVI's is an abbreviation for Lane End Village Idiots, from eating hot pork pies around the village pond, to more sinister allegations .
At every full moon, they sacrifice a swan under a giant sculpture of Howard Jones
That did make oi laarf, seeing as how our family live there!
That does explain a lot…
Thanks @bookertease !! 🤡🙄
