Just watched Nottingham Forest v Arsenal, the latter were woeful (despite putting out a very young starting 11) complete lack of urgency, Forest deservedly through to play Leicester in the 4th Round
Davies, Brennan, Garner, Yates, Spence all equally as young and less experienced too. Constantly overlooked.
Sadly three of those five are on loan and are not Forest players. Ryan Yates and Brennan Johnson are both Forest Academy graduates and Johnson was superb against Arsenal. Wonder if we will ever get an academy back at Wycombe?
It doesn't need to be made out to be one; it is one (well, a rivalry rather than a derby as derbies should be local imo). And, unlike probably most rivalries, there is genuine reason for resentment - if only from a Wimbledon POV.

There's a big difference to a game between local rivals. If you're an MK Dons fan, even a recent one this game should be no more than a reminder of how embarrassing your club is.

They deserve to play every game in front of no supporters with no-one remotely interested in the outcome

MK v Wimbledon tonight. Somehow I think that's actually an underrated rivalry. It's so uniquely outrageous that much more should be made of it.

Everyone should ignore it, especially Wimbledon fans
Agreed, making out to be some kind of derby is ridiculous, MK don't deserve that.

I shall remember not to celebrate if we beat them in a couple of weeks, then!
No, Just remember it doesn't really count if we don't win.
As ever, you can do what you want
I won't be there though
Even for the meat raffle?
And the fireworks?
I actually know one bloke at work who supports both.
He won't accept how ridiculous a premise that is.
Needs to be put on a list.
Reading losing 6-0 at home.
Manager vacancy tomorrow?
7-0. Hilarious scenes.
Rob getting a phone call from the Reading chairman tomorrow?
Don't start!
Not sure if it's true but I'm sure I've just read that Lee Johnson was sent off tonight for head butting a Lincoln player !?
Amazed he could reach
Have heard the same
Just looked on the Sunderland forum ( that's fun tonight btw) and he did indeed... that could be a lengthy ban I'd have thought
The sack? Surely
Presumably the player who got right in his grill after scoring?
Trying to find it but searching the web or Twitter for an arsehole called Johnson this evening mostly goes to another chap
Dirty dirty challenge though, not sure what either of them think they're doing
Is that the mass brawl people are on about on Twitter? Or was there another one?
Didn't see a headbutt there I have to say
