Never thought I'd see someone jealous of a night in a Rotherham hotel.
Haha, I know what you mean, but a night out somewhere different with a few beers thrown in and for some reason I was instantly jealous. Then again I am easily pleased

I don’t want a different scorer tonight I want our front two to start hogging the goals. A consistent strike force will help make promotion plausible.
It's such a myth that you need a prolific striker / strike force to get promoted, as we ourselves have proven - more than once.
Interesting read. Seems that they (or at least some of their fans) would be happy with a point tonight.
“Yes but they've got a rich American billionaire owner who wants them back in the cship.” Has anyone told Rob and Pete that they are billionaires? Certainly news to me.

It depends on the currency - we’re all probably billionaires somewhere!
Rotherham fans happy with a point and us confident in a result certainly has my Gut-Punch-Ometer going off with all sirens blaring! I had to hedge against it by predicting a loss in the TF league...

Although, come to think of it, I am too.
A few pints sounds pretty good tbh.

Of real ale?
Thought that said 'easily pissed'
I'd missed Obita - agree he's far more likely than Pendlebury. Although, given how windy it is, a direct goal from Stockdale is a good shout too.
Did you use your chucklevision there?
It's a bit breezy, but it's not 'goalie scoring' windy (at the moment). But strangely warm for a Yorkshire October evening...
I am that sometimes as well !
Ah yes, but David Stockdale is most certainly not your normal goalkeeper
@oxfordshirechairboy With you on that one...
Stocko!! Stocko!!
Too you?
If we are winning 2-0 again...let Stocko come up for corners...see if we can get every player on the score sheet this season!

Also, we don't play with a front two.

To be able to leave Thompson out and replace him with Gape is insane strength in depth
Also, look at that bench. Incredible
Our squad depth now is incredible
Agreed...and no reason that team cannot win. Not often we could leave people out and still be confident of a result.

Seeing this picture makes me think I'll forget the few pints (of real ale)!??
To me, To you
Jive Bunny and the Mastermixers?
Incredibly, three Number One singles in 1989.
RIP
Well the New York Tavern is £3 for a pint of Hells Lager! Definitely tempting to stay over at those prices!
