IIRC, we'd cleared it with the Football League but not the FA (or vice-versa). What was proposed by Andy Harman's sidekick would arguably have been closer to third-party ownership than the "pay me the sell-ons until the debt is cleared" arrangement with Hayes.
From my experiences kids would always get a barca or madrid kit when they went on holiday to Spain.
Now If you go to Turkey or them places for a holiday you can buy the tops/kits for next to nothing but obviously the quality is nowhere near as good.
However now I reckon you could get at least 5 kits online from China say a City, PSG, Bayern, Barca and Milan for the price of 1 Wycombe kit and the copies are really good. Unless you're a diehard fan it seems a no brainer.
I can't wait for ten years from now, when the lower leagues have descended back into amateur status and the Premier League is a closed shop of ten super teams, with promotion and relegation to the Google European Super League. There will be a 24 hour news program devoted exclusively to VAR ('VAR Today' since you asked) and people will only attend games as holograms, enabling them to scroll through TikTok highlights of amazing tekkers in the comfort of their own AI pod.

Any ITKs with knowledge of whether the rumours about the Trust ratifying the sale yesterday are true?
Surely the Trust board would let Trust members know if such ratification was on the horizon? After all the Board represent the members right.
It wasn't confirmed which Tuesday was it.
So just be patient and at some point, one Tuesday in the future you'll find out.
