Not only a name to conjure with. I thought it sounded vaguely familiar so I carried out some in-depth research, discovering that he is clearly a guy with itchy feet.
Spent several seasons as a goalkeeping coach at QPR (following retirement from playing in goal for Boreham Wood) before being lured to Adams Park by GA in February. Stayed for three matches before being lured to Colchester by MB. Followed MB back to Adams Park but has, apparently, now opted to join MK Dongs.
Shouldn’t even warrant a mention on this thread as, to the best of my knowledge, never played for the Wanderers. In fact, I’m sure he didn’t.
That's not quite right, Ainsworth signed him (as a coach) , three games later Ainsworth went to QPR and Blooms brought Lee Harrison back with him from Col U so he got the chop.
Erbil joined WW from QPR a month before Gaz departed the other way.
MB had Lee Harrison with him at Col U, (which had created the vacancy at WW in the first place) and he came back with Matt which meant Erbil was in an unfortunate position.
In his short spell at WW he proved to be a top pro and great bloke.
Apologies for the slight inaccuracy. Colchester was listed as one of his clubs on an admittedly rather obscure website so I assumed that he came back to Adams Park with MB.
“Itchy feet” was intended as a gently critical description of a perceived “toing and froing” which was evidently far less intricate than I thought. And I certainly had no intention of impugning his character or professionalism.
Indeed!!! Poor sod.... thought he had a decent job with us then axed within a month or so!!
Not only that... he now has to ply his trade at that plastic nonsense of a club. Although after an akward set of circumstances here.... I'm glad for him he has found another role reasonably fast.
For us.... I always liked Lee Harrison. Glad he's back from the dark side

And Gaz of course. My daughter was one of the mascots for GW 's first game at AP I believe..at home to Colchester.
In fairness he doesn't have Smith to pick, and may just have missed, so he's got a hard decision for Adams' backup.
Adams and Smith easily the worst 2 in our football league history
Gary Waddock got us promoted, shout out to Peter Taylor too in the ‘less popular but got us promoted’ club.
Peter Taylor's career trajectory seems so bizarre. From England manager to Maldon & Tiptree.
He is in his 70s now, so probably has to conserve his energy.
Erbil Bozkurt signs as GK coach for the franchise.
A name to conjure with!
Is he the guy we had as GK coach for about 20 minutes?

I reckon that @bluntphil poster is ITK.
That's a horrible cascade of events for him, glad he's found a new club.

Aaron Pierre leaves Wimbledon. Surely not
Would we?
That would be incredibly underwhelming
Indeed.... yet.... yet.... I can't say I'd say no
...
Even if to be back up?
This is how no signings has got me 🤣
He's had a really difficult time since Northampton. Assume he's had injuries and dropped a gear or 2?
Always preferred him to Pierre but can't be a comparison these days.
What what what?? Try again.... 😅
If we do sign him, can we at least do the unveiling in the cheese aisle of Tesco?
All about opinions, but I thought he was quicker, stronger and better in the air.
Better at dealing with unruly yobs too.
No.... I think you were meant to put... always preferred him to Stewart?
Your original post doesn't make sense
And if that was you giving me a thumbs down for my what what what comment... you can remove it 🤣
Whoops! You knew what I meant lol.
I did indeed mate 👍
Jamal Blackman to Burton Albion. I’m guessing that Audi Q7 is a memory by now.
And Lewis Wing on the verge of a shock move to QPR
