Considering he's been called a 'c***' and 'Judas', among other things, and even been tagged in some cases, by people I know are match-going fans, I'm not optimistic. Probably the same people who insist we have no rivalry with MK 🤔
That's so disheartening. I saw a recent interview where Ben Foster was asked how many players really care about the fans, and one of his comments was that it is very hard when fans are so fickle. Though an abused ex-player would know that it is just a small minority of idiots, it's galling to think that the love from everyone else might be dulled a bit by the nastiness.
“It’s a kick in the teeth for us and the player. Anthony was devastated but one of the reasons we brought him here was because of his leadership and he’s keen to stay around the group.”
For some reason, that last bit reads to me like he will be out for longer than a few weeks. Returning to Aberdeen seems like it was an option on the table.
Also, reading the article, he refers to the other player as JJ despite their initials being JK. Have they stolen JJ’s nickname and moved it 35 miles up the 418 or do they only do that with football clubs?
With Cardiff very close to the drop zone Ryan Allsop could well achieve the unlikely accolade of managing to get relegated from the Championship in 3 consecutive seasons with 3 different clubs.

I'm just glad I won't be in the terrace for his return, because a minority of ghouls are bound to make it pretty ugly
Absolutely ridiculous if it happens. If clubs did their own 'hall of fame', surely Tools would be in ours.

And we, as Wycombe fans, have seen what can happen when it spreads beyond social media and the stands...
I paraphrased it around what he was clearly trying to say but yes, they definitely stitched him up on that one.

Stewart suffers freak injury which will keep him out for weeks.
He is really down on his luck right now - what a bad situation.
Likely to be different people I'd say

Josh Parker seems to be doing well at Oxford City:

Sullay Kaikai scores for the fake Dons.
Kaikai puts MK 1-0 up v Oxford in the 'not a derby' derby
I can only imagine Oxford have "played them off the park " again and the refs had a mare, obviously Karl.
Mehmeti on for his debut
Scored today.
He replaced Micky Bell’s son on 60 mins
Horgan didn't even get off the bench.
Combined about 5 mins this month? Can't be impressing in training.
Seems a strange move to be sat on another bench not getting minutes.
Change of scenery!
He hadn't played for us in a while either and he's got three months left on the loan, bit early to write it off maybe

People only want consistency...
In fairness, you'd do well to get relegated from the same division in three consecutive seasons with the same club.
Angol scored for Sutton, Eastmond sent off. 🙄
Definitely a lot of context for Rocky, considering how valiant our relegation was and how Derby's, though deserved, was because of a points deduction.
Horgs is father to new born twins, kids 4&5 in the Horgs household. Perhaps he isn’t arriving at work full of vim ‘n vigour?
I'm sure he'll be fine at home - he is good at finding space.
Having baby twins is a waking nightmare with the emphasis on the waking.
