Reading those two previews (thanks again @chairboyscentral) it seems clear that a good deal of “grinding out” and ugliness may be involved. A couple of draws very much on the cards.
Am I right in thinking that Cup games are not included in the WHC competition @DevC ?
Ainsworth is going to have too play his strongest line-up because he'll easily make 11 changes on Tuesday in the leading.com trophy so that we have the strongest line-up for the League game against Tranmere Rovers next Sunday if I'm right?
We don't have a strongest line-up; we have several. Like I say, can see him giving Charles a rest and mixing it up in midfield a bit, but he won't go crazy and make wholesale changes. I assume Aarons can play but not 100%.
Strongest possible to match the challenge of the opponent might be one way of phrasing it for the pendantic. I'd like to see us field a strong a team as last Tuesday and next are opportunities to rest players. Hopefully the rotation will mostly be up front or where players are pushing for a game anyway. A win here could set us up on s nice run and some great games , not just the £
Birkenhead is full of Scandinavians. Here for the Liverpool / City game tomorrow and taking in an FA Cup game today. Well at least 12 of them anyway. Swedes in the ticket office, Norwegians in the pub
England U20s at AP on Tue 19th, so we're probably going to end up playing it on the Wednesday. Oh well, at least Doncaster and Ipswich have replays too - and it's not like we don't have the squad to cope.

5th minute round of applause today in memory of Paul McCarthy.
Grimmer presumably injured.
For those who don't subscribe to ifollow, (which I do and worth every penny), you can listen to commentary here via the BBC website - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/live/football/50306593
Only problem with iFollow is the delay. I forget how many apps could potentially spoil the game for me!

Yep, and for games like the midweek just gone, there is the temptation to mess about on your phone in dull bits of play.
I had a couple of goals ruined, spoiling Parker's "goal", celebrated it in the low key fashion it deserves in that cup, and then saw it was ruled out.
1-0 down first few mins! Doh!
JJ equalizes!
2-1 good guys, Alex Samuel.
2-2 doh
Could do without a replay
Thanks for the link, listened to the whole game on 3CR, guess this is for da cup only not the league?

Not ideal with the replay, but pleased we're still in there.
And an extra game to keep more players involved.
Hopefully Smyth and Fred might be involved midweek.
Hang on, no, we play on Sunday so will have to play Wednesday anyway.
@perfidious_albion Yes. League games not available online.
Replay confirmed for Wed 20/11
In the hat! Replay not a problem, some of us like football matches.
We should just forfeit Tuesday’s FLT game.
I'm happy to play in Tuesday's game tbh
Give everyone who wasn't involved today a game midweek, then a double header with Tranmere. Nice.
Hopefully a non league mob at home in the 2nd round as the reward.
Posh heading towards a replay. Oxford and Fleetwood play tomorrow. Sunderland also have one, so only one of the top seven are through so far.
So far Boston, Notts County (weird thinking of them as non-League), Maidstone, Fylde and Solihull Moors through.
Stourbridge (please not that horrible lot again) and Eastleigh go to a replay.
Wycombe v Tranmere: The New Rivalry.
