All three teams recommence this weekend, all away fixtures.
The U18s are away to Fulham in the JPL tomorrow. In the reverse fixture in October, the Chairgirls lost 1-0 at Burnham. Fulham are currently fifth in the table with just one defeat. Kick-off 10:30 at Fulham FC Training Ground at Motspur Park, New Malden KT3 6PT. It is not clear if spectators can attend, no publicity yet for the game from WWFCW.
On Sunday the Firsts play the first of their remaining four league games as they travel to Eastleigh in the Community. The Spitfires won 1-0 at Burnham in September and sit two points above the Chairgirls. Kick-off 2pm at Cutbush Lane Recreation Ground, Southampton SO18 3HY.
Also on Sunday the Reserves make the trip to Stonesfield. The two teams have not met yet, the Oxon club lie fifth with 12 points from six games. Kick-off 2pm at Stonesfield Playing Field, Witney OX29 0HA.
Just noticed that Twenty11, who sponsor the U18s, have tweeted good luck to them as they travel to AFC Stoneham this morning. The JPL site still has the fixture at Fulham, and neither they, Stoneham or WWFCW mention their U18s fixture, so who knows. I suspect the sponsors know what they are talking about.
The U18s start the weekend on Saturday, with a home league game against Notts County, who have lost their lost five games heavily. Kick-off 10:30 at the 1878 Stadium, Burnham SL1 8JG.
On Sunday the Reserves host Denham United Reserves, who last played on 20 November and lie second from bottom. Kick-off 2pm at Burnham.
As James Richings reported, the Firsts have a friendly on Sunday at Badshot Lea, who currently head the Southern Region Division One South.
Coming up this weekend. The U18s face Watford Ladies Youth at home tomorrow in the JPL. Watford beat the Chairgirls 2-1 in November, the start of a four game winning run, scoring 23 goals in the process. Kick-off 10:30 at the 1878 Stadium, Burnham SL1 8JG.
On Sunday the Firsts host Abingdon Town in the SRWFL. The Abbots won the reverse fixture 2-0 in November, and lost 2-0 at home to Ascot United last week. Kick-off 2pm at Burnham.
Also on Sunday, the Reserves travel to Oxford City U23s in the TVCWFL. City lost 5-1 to the Chairgirls in October. Kick-off 2pm at Marsh Lane, Marston OX3 0NQ.
Match reports from the three weekend games. Sorry to see that both Naimh Creighton and Emma Dean were injured playing for the Reserves, and both were taken to hospital. Wishing them well in their recovery.
On Sunday, the Firsts have a League Cup tie away to Milton United, who are top of SRWFL Division One North with a 7-3-0 record. Kick-off 2pm at Potash Lane, Milton OX13 6AG.
On the same day the Reserves travel to Goring United, who lie third in the table. Kick-off 2pm at Sheepcot Rec, Gatehampton Road, Goring-on-Thames RG8 0EN.
HT 0-5, goals from Freya Harris (3), Katie Riddington and Amy Leach. Good to see such a good first half in what looked like, on paper, a tricky league cup tie.
Tomorrow the U18s are at home in the JPL to Millwall Lionesses, who are third in the table. Kick-off 10:30 am at the 1878 Stadium, Burnham SL1 8JG.
The Firsts have no competitive fixture on Sunday, they are trying to arrange a friendly.
On Sunday the Reserves host Eversley & California Reserves in the quarter-final of the league cup. The Boars are second in TVCWFL Division 3S, one level below, having scored 53 goals in their nine games. Kick-off 2pm at Burnham.
Coming up this weekend, a full set of away fixtures.
In the JPL, the U18s travel to Ascot United, who won the reverse fixture 7-1 in November but, last week, suffered their first defeat when losing 1-0 at home to leaders AFC Stoneham. Kick-off 10:30 at The Racecourse Ground, Winkfield Row, Ascot SL5 7LJ.
On Sunday in the league, the Firsts are away to Eastleigh, who won 1-0 at Burnham in September. Kick-off 2pm at Cutbush Lane Rec, Southampton SO18 3HY. The Firsts are second from bottom, five points behind Oxford City, with two games in hand and three games to play. There are two feeder divisions below, with at least two teams to come up, so come on you Chairgirls, you can do this!
Also on Sunday, the Reserves travel to Kingsclere Firsts, who lost 9-2 in the reverse fixture in November. Kick-off 2pm at The Field Gate Centre, Kingsclere RG20 5SQ.
A great win, and so much needed. The goal came on the stroke of half-time, described as "a beautiful free kick, straight into the top corner" by Kine Andersen. It is the first clean sheet since the opening day of the season.
