That bloke who accidentally threw away four million quid's worth of bitcoin will be happy to learn that Ainsworth going to QPR is now the dumbest thing ever.
An interesting statistic is that Port Vale actually had more shots than Barnsley and a higher possession percentage! The on target figure was 8 - 4 to Barnsley.
He can either take this sensible approach, or go in apenhaller and start slandering their players, how it's not good enough, how he'll kick them into touch etc.
Which most likely means he loses most of them, and ends up in the job centre asap.
True, but I am more referencing how it comes across that he does not really know what the problem is. If you hear "we will fix that in training" as a fan, you expect to see that particular issue worked on.
They're away again next week, which seems quite odd for the start of the season. First home game not until the 19th - hard to see him still being in charge then.
Anyone who has ever managed people at any level can sympathize, imagine being supposedly given control, setting out how you want things to run, people carping from all sides, players no doubt nodding along in training , little or no support or budget from above and it just not happening.
While he'll need miracles to last the week football wisdom will say he's not up to it at bigger clubs regardless of the hand he was dealt. Some irony in this happening at Watford yesterday where they go through managers daily. When they appointed Rob Edwards they said they'd learned their lesson and would look longer term, they sacked him in weeks and now he's taken their rivals to the Prem. Exactly what they deserve.

Watford 12 shots on target to QPR's 1. Begovic did well to keep it down to 4.
23 to 4 in the end 😬
With Port Vale getting hammered 7-0, maybe GA will be sacked right as a job at one of his former clubs opens up?
That was overall shots!
Not hard to see which gasroom posters would in days if yore been knitting excitedly in the seats nearest the gallows.
A true Wycombe hero is having a tough time at present. Show a little respect and empathy folks.

That is an absolutely insulting comment.

Bit weird

I would not have wished QPR on GA. I feel for him. Next job will be better.
Well yes. Back here by Christmas…
(Apologies - I DON’T MEAN OR EVEN THINK IT)
Wycombe?
Come on...someone had to apply some gallows humour
It's Dev. Everyone knows Dev's MO.
Some really good ex-pros in this game for Ukraine
No tweets from QPR since the one at full-time. Feels rather ominous.
Richard Kone (Trialist d) with another hat-trick in the Fa Cup for Newham today
They literally posted Gaz's thoughts straight after you posted this.
And it's fair to say they've not gone down well with the Rangers fans
It does come across as saying the same thing every week. I don't even have to listen to it to know that there will be variations on:
"You know what? That's on me - the boys gave me everything. Blame me, not them."
"It's disappointing to concede like that, but we will put it right in training."
"I know we have what it takes to begin moving up this league."
"We just made it a little too easy for them to pass through us. We have to be harder to beat."
"I can promise you no-one will work harder than us."
Much as I dislike the overall vibe of QPR fans, they must feel they are stuck in groundhog day.
Difficult though isn't it.

He'll know what the problem is.
His team lack quality massively.
But he's an absolute positivity machine who will believe he can find a way.
Like he did for us when we went up with a really quality lacking lineup, until he brought 2 or 3 quality players in.

the very essence of patience
Had a look through their very sparse forum. Strangely poorly used for such a "big" club that they think they are.
1 quality post about patience, how poor a set up he picked up and who would do better etc. The rest ranting loons.
4 of the first 5 league games away oddly.
That's pretty awkward.
They reversed the Watford game due to pitch renovations.
let’s hope they win the next game.
Gaz's post-match presser from yesterday is painful to watch. The look of someone who's completely lost it.
