Football really needs to get a handle on head injuries. The medical teams held firm there, but there have been cases where players have basically taken it into their own hands and carried on.
Twice in three games Arsenal have let the opposition's dark arts get right inside their heads. And they can't say it's down to difference in experience here - these are the two youngest teams in the league.
I took a look at the Man City forum, and it is a little hilarious to see them go from "I love Southampton, I hope they stay up" to "What a crappy little club" in the space of two minutes.
The difference is the Wrexham lads are inherently likeable - and the fans absolutely love them for how authentically they've bought into the whole culture. Criticise the game (the NL is a financial Wild West), not the player.
I do see where you're coming from, but I still think it will have done the league the world of good - and strengthened the case that it should just be absorbed into the EFL by this point.
I think the Wrexham fans felt the same. I think the way they have bought into the game and the community has won people over. Every league needs a Man Utd who 'buy the league' or it's not football. I hope Notts pip them to automatic too but what a season they've both had.

Harry Maguire is suspended for the FA Cup semi-final this weekend but Brighton are set to appeal the suspension so he can play.
Love it, LOL!!
Even I was expecting them to last longer than 30 seconds.
Not the time for a De Gea tribute act
I think the kids would grant this a "loooool"
OOF.
Arsenal look terrified.
They really are bottling it at the moment - now 2 down - Arteta will be apoplectic at half time
I still think they will win today, but does not bode well for Man City away.
Classic late season title contender going into a shock 2 nil defeat and then winning.
City did it last year didn't they v Villa, and on the last day too!
Arsenal look so frail at the back (not the only prem side to do so but...)
Crocking a key defender for Southampton now.

Bednarek not put down as a concussion substitution. Interesting.
Bloody hell
Unreal game this one.
Even the most (in the words of @ReturnToSenda ) "nauseatingly" positive Saints fan can't have even dreamt of this.
I'm pretty sure that over 99% of all the games of football ever played haven't needed a linesman with a working headset.

Almost twenty players in the Southampton box here.
What is this, Wycombe vs Carlisle?!

It's not one way. Jesus must have taken 3 or 4 little dives in the box late on.
Have to say it, totally sick of the Wrexham love-fest and over-the-top publicity and coverage granted to them.
Would be so funny if Wrexham blew it. Come on Notts!
Agreed.
People were super anti the Salford money boys, yet throw in some USA film celeb and suddenly the same approach is being championed.

Plus, that league is getting exposure it couldn't previously have dreamed of, which can only be a good thing.
@ReturnToSenda Likeable they might be, but the whole thing is totally over the top.

And that would force some sort of financial rules onto clubs (not that that necessarily has much impact in the EFL 🙄).
