In a nod to our brothers in Derby and Manchester, I wonder if we can come up with a cheating / robbing Wycombe XI. I’ll start with ‘Thief Scott‘ and ‘We’re not gonna pay St John’s Granville’.
Darvel v Falkirk in the Scottish Cup 5th Round tonight, 6th tier v 3rd tier. Can the village side, population less than 4,000, continue their incredible run into the quarter-final?
Got to be better than watching Liverpool v Everton! Watch on BBC Scotland, online and on iPlayer, at 19:45.
Belgian keeper Arne Espeel died suddenly, on the pitch, moments after saving a penalty. The medical teams tried to revive him with a defib but sadly he didn’t make it. He was only 25 - far too young. I wonder if clubs further down the pyramid test thoroughly enough for things like heart conditions. Nnamdi is a fine example of how a player can go from playing week in week out to not being able to play, simple because something has flagged up when moving to a club with more money to spend on the medical side of the game.
Having at different times almost been told by the media that City had already won it, and then Arsenal had, United are amazingly only 5 points off 1st, and dropped a couple of points recently, with last min goals going in.
Yet at the same time, they can't be certain of top 4. Mad season.
I’m not sure why they would even bother getting into the play-offs. Our friend doesn’t seem to think they will have a chance against any of their opponents

The Premier League should retaliate by booing their accountants' anthem.
Oh, and they've had a giant banner made up showing support for the lawyer the club have hired to try and get them off. Awful.
Remember they're the victims of a massive campaign of jealousy from other clubs and corruption from the fa...or something.
I would watch the Man City game but I enjoyed the first part of the Cheaters In Denial double header too much to bother.

Arsenal’s inevitable collapse allowing City to win the league is going to be as annoying as it is funny.
The Premier League has an 'anthem'?
How long has this been a thing?
A few years I think. Tbf it's barely an anthem, more like a radio jingle. Which made the booing even funnier...
Tbh, if I ever went to a Premiership (sic) game, and could stop myself laughing, I would boo it.
I'm filing this under fake news, along with Lionel Ritchie and Hillbottom Road fires

Neil Warnock has just taken his seventh job since saying 16 years ago that he was taking his last job. God bless Colin!
Winners at home to Ayr United in the next round - a big incentive for fellow Ayrshire side Darvel.
The only thing that'll make it better is if, right as City overtake Arsenal, the PL hit them with a 15 point deduction.
The fact Man City have hired Boris Johnson's lawyer is basically admitting guilt.
Bloody EFL allowing Lincoln to score against Derby. When will this persecution end?
The media have already mentioned the verdict could take 4 years! So the chance of a deduction this season seems fanciful.

Arsenal really cracking under the pressure tonight
A few Arsenal fans went a bit soon I think. 1 point from 3 games!
I feel absolutely filthy for even thinking this, but I wouldn't mind Weghorst-inspired United winning it...
I was quite pleased when United beat City a few weeks ago. I felt like apologizing to 14 year old me.
Behave both of you!!
(But sadly I know exactly what you mean. Adnams… Adnams…. Adnams….)
Imagine being a Wycombe fan and giving two craps about the Premiership

De Gea pulled a Stryjek diving catch this evening - it's catching on!

Wishful thinking from our Posh friend
Not sure how they can get to 74, but I can explain to them how we got to 1.74.
