Really impressive performance from Wing so far - this is the sort of player I thought we'd signed last year - long diagonal passes and through-balls that set our wide attackers free. To be doing that when not partnered with a defensive midfielder for the first time is even more impressive.
The tenacity levels of the whole team seem to have been taken up a notch - Gareth has clearly had his motivational boots on this week.
I’d agree with this - I’m not one to be overly positive for the sake of it, but I can’t really fault much from that first half apart from the pen and at times a bit of a wasteful touch going forwards (Vokes should have scored with his header). Overall though we’ve been the better side.
Their keeper has made a few good saves as well. Wing has been excellent, Horgan pretty dreadful. I’d like to see Kaikai for Horgan early in the second half, but I fear we may have to wait until the 70th minute, when it might be starting to get too late.
The response to falling behind has been very encouraging. Sam Vokes looks back to last season’s form and if it wasn’t for Michael Cooper we would be deservedly ahead at half-time.
Very encouraging despite the score. Played some really good stuff and created chances.
Unfortunate to be behind, but without any defensive midfielders, Plymouth are a threat on the break. Wing running the game for us, best he's played this season.
Decent perforce so far, too much negativity in the terrace, I expect a couple of the fans to be signed up by Monday as they speak a great game and are possibly world beaters
I'm Horgans biggest fan, but it's not happening today... Wing though does look better I think.. play offs, no chance ! As for that idiot sponsor today, better to say nothing I think

My prediction: Not 0-0.
We have Mawson, Mehmeti, McCleary and Vokes out there. That's pretty brilliant in itself.
Very little game changer wise on the bench though. Development boys and a perennially half fit Kaikai.
It could allow McCarthy to go into the centre with Obita and Freeman going wing backs
In doing so I think we’d be weakening both McCarthy and Freeman, so although it’s an option I can’t see us leaning on it
Who would be the third CB?
Well, we have work to do.
Last minute winner would certainly suit Bill Turnbull day!
GA the saviour haha
Who's getting sent off?
A year tomorrow since we last came from behind to win
We could have had three already. Great skil from Freeman!
but we have nil.....
Someday we'll score from a set piece again.
Atmosphere turgid today. No noise, just sniping
To be expected
I actually think this is an excellent display so far aside from a Horgan flailing leg and a lack of finishing.
Attacked well and created chances, with Mehmeti marked well.
Defensively, we look as you'd expect us to
Horgan having a full on Horgan day so far.
These long throws are looking dangerous
Decent enough performance against a good team. Keep playing like that and we’ve got every chance of getting something from the game.

Huge second half coming up.
Seems to be because he's playing deep. Has a different part higher up

Well things certainly sound a lot more positive than this time last week!
“Hopefully six weeks” from ‘the horses mouth ten minutes ago (in a knee brace)

Why? Do you not think we’re playing well and even if we weren’t does that mean that fans aren’t allowed to get behind their team?
