I’m a great fan of Scott’s Old Fashioned Porage Oats and semi skimmed milk brought to boiling point in the microwave the day before with half a banana (here we go again) sliced into it the following morning together with a spoonful of runny honey and, if there’s a carton of Elmlea double cream on the go, a dash of that as well.
Love a proper cappuccino when eating out but realised years ago that the Nescafé instant one was absolute crap and happy to have a mug of Tetley or Yorkshire tea.
To me, this evening feels a bit like Christmas Eve looking forward to the treats in store the following morning. You’re quite right @mooneyman - 9.30 am is an unearthly hour to be getting out of bed.
Enjoy JJ Moons etc tomorrow morning everyone. And here’s hoping for an entertaining match and a safe passage to the third round.
Porridge for me this morning as well @micra hitting the road at 6.30am in the Yorkshire gloom. Ringing the Blues on podcast to try and prevent sleeping at the wheel down the M1.
The game will be audio only on WanderersTV. Tricky conditions at Wealdstone as we only have the WiFi as a means of connection. Apologies in advance if it’s not great.
For those watching on itv, you have Sam Matterface on comms.
I totally understand if we do, but I hope we don't rotate too much today. On national TV, could be a load of people watching us that won't normally and part of me wants people to watch us and go "wow ! Wycombe really do look some team" ... let's spread the news !
I’m going to be consistent with my view that celebrating a massive win one week sees a drop of in performance the next big game (see us vs MK, Bolton in last years play of semi) and go with a Wealdstone win today.
And it will be great…….For the FA cup.
and I have other reasons to go with that prediction…
Agree probably the team most of us would have predicted let’s hope they are match ready. Game certainly has banana skin potential we will need to show enough quality to avoid that. COYB
I agree with all the comments about an 11.30am start, and understand the reasons. But when were we last on national terrestrial television for a full match?

Reckon they do toast in the ground?

But we did not boycott and it will probably be a sell out so a win win for telly.

Magic of the Cup.
Safe travels to all going. Need to avoid an upset and secure the third round tie that will pay for Aaron Morley. COYB!

No early Prem game today, might get decent viewing figures
It’s up against Mary Berry on BBC so it’s anyone’s guess if it gets good viewing.
I thought Mary Berry was Wycombe home and away, used to live in Penn...
Brilliant. This has to happen.

Did I dream we won ten in a row?
I was about to say, celebrating a massive win is usually followed by celebrating another massive win
Can’t believe it’s not on German TV
Starting: George, Grimmer, Hartridge, Tafazolli, Wheeler, Butcher, Udoh, Bakinson, Hanlan, Skura, Lubala.
Subs: Bishop, Leahy, McCleary, Humphreys, Kone, McCarthy, Morley, Pattenden, Onyedinma.
The boys in red!

That is exactly the starting eleven I would have picked myself.
COYB!
In a few minutes it will be time for elevenses.
ELEVENSES WINS IN A ROW
Looking a bit more like a settled reserve side now with a couple of exceptions, they shouldn't be strangers, most of these gave Villa a right scare.
Come on Blues, let's have it.

Does this mean Bishop is fit? Could be interesting what will happen now
Rav is in the away end
That pitch looks shocking. Hope its not a "leveller"
