Famous as the home village/town (whatever it is) of legendary late English reggae singer and skinhead hero Judge Dread - he even mentioned it in on his records sometimes.
Monaco is most definitely a sovereign nation far more than Gibraltar, the Faroe Islands, Bermuda, Hong Kong and other places that FIFA ridiculously let field teams.
Monaco is a UN member state. They just don't want to join FIFA as they're paranoid it would affect AS Monaco despite repeated assurances it won't (bit like why the UK doesn't enter an Olympic team despite being told again and again it won't affect the Home Nations).
Anyway I've been asking my reliable sources in Gibraltar and they've confirmed there is something to the rumours about Wycombe tracking Bartolo but they've refused to elaborate on whether it's a trial or not. Just have to wait and see I guess.
Josh Parker scored his 13th goal of the season to put Oxford City 1-0 up at Fylde but they eventually succumbed 2-1, confirming their relegation to the NLS.

Stevenage 2-0 down at Carlisle. Lovely.
Sadly they scored two in the last few minutes to steal a point. I’m still hoping Lincoln can sneak past them and the PNLs into sixth.
Derby lost at Northampton and Port Vale secured a huge win against Burton.
I'm in Barrow for a golf weekend (I don't play golf) so decided to go to Barrow v Newport today. Lasted till half time before getting off.
It was freezing and the wind was horrendous.
First time in Barrow was it ? 😉
I’d be raging if this was a competitive game, but i love Brazil’s commitment to aggressive tactical fouling.
The one that got Bellingham a booking wasn't too clever either
Playing with fire putting his hands on the ref too I thought.
I'd gladly have this ref again, he's got it spot on.
Austria score the fastest goal ever in international football and a few hours later Germany score the second fastest.
The fix is in. Though God knows what sort of fix that's supposed to be.
Is that our drummer in the Brazil end?
Hope you didn’t go by train!
Blimey.

abandoned due to threatening Rainbow ?
The final sentence in that tweet is so perfect.
Snodland is just such a brilliantly British place name
In a few hours time The New Saints will play Airdrie in the Scottish Challenege Cup (A bit like the FA Cup minus the top division).
If they win they will be the first Welsh team to win a Scottish cup.
A cup being won by a team from a different country. Is this a first? I can't be bothered trying to Google it.
Cheers, ta
Cardiff have won the FA Cup and Monaco have won the Coupe de France
Monaco is in France despite what they say.
And Cardiff isn't Wales Wales.....
Queen's Park nearly won the FA Cup a few times.
Teams from Shropshire won the Welsh Cup a lot in the 20th century.
Berwick Rangers play in Scotland but ground in England.

Maritimo have won the original Portuguese Cup competition before it morphed in to the Taca de Portugal

But Madeira has always been part of Portugal, hasn't it?

Today seems to be the rest day in the international break so they have nothing else to show.
