Cheers @StrongestTeam . What a reassuring image. I remain strangely calm! Nothing to lose? Might have felt that way a few weeks ago - content at start of season simply to survive, feeling proud a few weeks ago that our team had made the playoffs but, gradually over the last ten days, feeling more and more strongly that the ultimate totally unexpected prize was within our grasp.
Can’t remember Jamie Mascoll’s exact words but the sentiment was along the lines of having got this far we’re not stopping now. COYB indeed.
Just went on talkSPORT2 to discuss the final and the Oxford fan they had on didn't sound too confident... I'm trying to work out if I can post a link to it.
I'd say both of those goals were on the break, but the data companies set certain time limits on the attacks for recording purposes - so one that took a second 'too long' won't show up in the stats as a counter-attacking goal, for example. This is why you don't go purely by the numbers!
Probably another touch and go one in terms of timing to be a 'fast break' - which is what gets recorded, to try and quantify how devastatingly teams attack I guess. But yeah, obviously it was on the break.

I’m not sure I can cope with today. COYB.
Oh wow
THIS IS THIS
Not only is this a play off final, but it's also effectively an FA Cup 3rd round qualifier! So much at stake. Come on you Blues!

He didn't get either of the last two games right. Hopefully wrong again this evening.
Is it too late to get a "SHITTY MILK" banner made and sent to Wembley?

Have we really not scored a goal on the break all season?
It's a whole new language for me but I'm sure we've scored on the break. Maybe just not as a 'Fast-Break'.
Impressive set piece stats for us.
Fred's v MK sort of was, but the move lasted too long to constitute a counter-attack strictly speaking.
Surely Smyth's Vs Bolton on the very first day of the season was on the break?

What about Freds 1st goal at home v Fleetwood? Surely that was on the break.

Twas nice to go back and look at the highlights of the home MK game...we are a decent side yer know.
I don't think I've celebrated a goal all season - when we've been allowed in the ground - as much as Wheeler's winner that day.
