Play-off coverage
I'm going to try and do as much as possible, will post links here, starting with some early thoughts...
https://chairboyscentral.com/2020/06/10/this-is-our-time/
Might as use it as a thread to post links from everywhere. We get a lot of national media coverage as it is, but now we're an even bigger story!

Four remaining loanees sign extensions allowing them to play in the play-offs. https://www.wycombewanderers.co.uk/news/2020/june/loan-stars-available-for-play-offs/
The club website has its own play-off section here: https://www.wycombewanderers.co.uk/play-offs/
Great opening salvo, @chairboyscentral. Glad you have some football to write about again!
@Shev I just hope I can remember how it works.
Interview with Pete Couhig here, he's first up after a short intro:

Titled "Going Up, Going Down" on Spotify etc if the link doesn't work!
And a particularly interesting interview with CMS too!
I looked at getting a Now TV pass tonight to watch some footie. I was hoping to but just a month to cover our games, but it seems you have to commit to 3 months at £25/month.
I don’t really want to have to pay Sky £75
One month is £34. Which when you might get 3 Wycombe games that are normally £10,plus 12 other playoff games and maybe 40-50 premier games, plus other sports...it's an incredible deal.
Even better if you can reduce it with Tesco vouchers
Have you got a direct link to that one-month pass? All I could find was the 3-month one at £25pm. Ta.
Annoyingly it's changed very recently, and they're marketing this as a great saving on the £34, and have taken the single month £34 deal off the table! DOH!
However, it looks like this £25 for 3month deal has to be taken up by July 2nd, which implies that you can just do a £34 deal for a single month again from the 3rd, which still covers our 3 games.
I have got the £33 per month deal. It says it will auto renew next month but if, after activating the pass just purchased, you then go into to cancel the pass it cancels subsequent payments and leaves the current pass working for the month. Says something like “Sorry to see you go but you can continue watching until 17th July”.
Might be because I had this pass before CV due to working away and it gave me something to look at while away on my own.
I think they've only recently tweaked things - no option for this level now.
The £25 one is specifically a 3monther, so can't try and cancel that one after a month.
Says online you can cancel at anytime but depends if you want to try to cancel after 1 month and risk being tied in .....
Currently there appear to be 3 options to watch Sky Sports via NowTV.
A one day pass for £9.99
A three month pass for £25/month
A one month mobile pass - for watching on a smartphone - for £5.99

A different question...is there an easy way to do the mobile option but mirror the picture to your laptop?!
I’ve signed up for the 3 month with a view to cancelling before the 1 month is up. It repeatedly said you could cancel at any time after the first payment in the t&cs. Here’s hoping.
Now that's interesting... presumably you can cancel now - and see if you're just in to July 17th, or further obligation?
Let me know how you do, as I'll do the same if it's cancellable after a month!
I found the cancel quite confusing at first - it almost seems you are cancelling your current pass but that’s not the case. I cancelled when lockdown started and the current month ran to the end date, and the message received today says the current pass will go to 17th July.
I'm just wondering if it's a different scenario with yours, as i think you were only on a month to month auto renew.
As they've actually billed the £25 rate as being a 3month specifically, it seems strange to believe they'd allow the cancellation with only 1 month paid.
However, it would then make the "discount" more of an actual one!

1 week pass for under a tenner. Buy two and just set up a new NowTV account for the second pass. CD keys are reliable with great customer service so no issues there. Allows you to watch on your smart TV too via the NowTV app, on laptop or games console.
Looks almost too good to be true! Nice one.
You have to be careful with that, a lot of the apps block it. I've got Sky but still occasionally use streaming sites or apps rather than the official ones to get round this. Watching on your laptop and then using hdmi to the TV is a bit more reliable
Could be some interesting viewing for the away first leg...

I called Virgin yesterday and they added no-contract Sky Sports HD to my TV for £22 per month. There's a 30 day cancellation thing though, so if you know you only need it for a month just call again the next day to cancel.
Ta. I have some free one day passes, and then I'll follow @Gary's excellent tip with the £10 week fee to take me through until the 3rd, and then expect that the £34 month deal is back on the table. That's the plan

A look back at the 1994/95 season through the eyes of those who were there https://chairboyscentral.com/2020/06/19/long-read-memories-of-wycombes-1994-95/
Will we be able to fill our bench ?
Lovely trip down memory lane there. Couple of points though, Garner was signed during the previous season not over the summer, and the first defeat to Bradford was away not at home
