@LX1 Cheers mate. M'ON had effectively wrapped up the Conference title by Christmas '92 (was v annoyed with myself whilst listening back in the car late last night when I heard the error).
An absolute joy again. As someone who started following the blues in the early 90's (whilst still very young) I only know about the 80's era from what I have read. These interviews were a superb window into that time, thank you so much for this podcast!
@bluntphil, probably got lost on another thread that you would have done well to see it, but just wanted to pass on some dibs at the enjoyment gained from your commentary on ifollow games.
And the "curled in.... (long pause) and curled out" line you deadpanned from some failed opposition set piece didn't half tickle me
It is impossible to quantify quite the extent of the benefit @bluntphil’s efforts is to those of us Wycombe fans who don’t live near enough to get to many home games.
The brilliant commentary on iFollow would be enough on its own, but Ringing the Blues as well really helps to make you feel in touch with Wycombe even from a big distance.
Thanks Phil, and please keep doing what you’re doing.
Former AFCWimbledon CEO Erik Samuelson gave great insight into the realities of starting a phoenix club and said the lack of time at the start of AFC Wimbledon was actually a good thing. Everyone had to pull together and crack on straight away... #buryfc #shakers
I’ve no idea about the format of the assessment process but was Phil placed second/third and who actually gained the prize?
I’ve just been listening to Episode 15 of Ringing The Blues and feel gutted.

Brilliant stuff again Phil.
Where are those Tranmere fans from??!
Should have got GlassHalfFull to voice them.
Loads of scousers on here to be fair, more than on most Liverpool forums
love this pod @bluntphil
(-whispers- we won the Conference in 93)

I wasnt expecting one today - an early Christmas treat!
Out of order putting that adagio for strings Spurs montage on there. That's already made me cry once
Love the Ipswich fans.
Wonderful stuff.
@Tom @Chris There had to be an episode this week for the Ipswich fans, we probably could have made an entire episode out of them.
@eric_plant The real price of not beating Tranmere in the replay
Bit late for this Christmas, but hopefully at the end of the season there will be a 'best of opposition view'
Fantastic stuff again
Surely not long before a @bluntphil audio exhibit is installed in the Adams Park hall of fame

I had a chat with Phil for a long read: https://chairboyscentral.com/2019/12/09/the-big-interview-phil-catchpole-i-absolutely-love-my-role/ Shockingly, we didn't actually talk about RTB!
Uri’s section this week is his best yet.
Brilliant stuff!
Gutted I can’t by the single on vinyl or 8-track, but I’ve bought it on Amazon!
Darius just keeps getting more and more likeable, and I already loved him.
Good luck at the FSA awards tonight @bluntphil ??
Yes good luck @bluntphil
?”could go all the way here....” fingers crossed for tonight, ‘little Wycombe’ mixing it with the big boys.
Good luck Phil. If there’s any justice you’ll walk it
Phil was robbed.

The Fulham podcast won. I don't think there's placing after that, just winner -> shortlist -> everyone else.
