I'd have thought that if you were a manager wanting to secure yourself financially signing a multi year contract to be Leeds manager and then only working a few months of it was a great move. Has the added benefit of being risk free as everyone knows getting sacked from Leeds is no real reflection on your ability.

Purely financially, it is a no brainer. Very large increase in salary and a huge compensation cheque when he gets sacked which he inevitably will.
