With that being the last awayday commentary of the season, just wanted to say thanks Phil for bringing it to us every week. Always entertaining whatever the result.
I absolutely love Phil’s work - he always gets the mood right, good balance of humour, entertainment, terrace banter and quality journalism. Well done Sir, hats off, etc...
Many thanks for the kind words on the commentaries, too kind.
It's been a privilege and a real life changing opportunity so far. I got involved as a volunteer around the time Gaz became manager, having never been on the radio before and I had no idea of the impact it would have on my life (or what I was doing!)
I'll be heading straight to the Vere as soon as I've finished my post match duties so come join @micra, @NorsQuarters, @ValleyWanderer and myself for a pint**

A post about football! (with a mention for crown green bowls)

Gareth sounds a lot more upbeat than he did in the post-Curtis-signing interview. Thanks for posting Phil.
Gaz pre Luton:

In the week leading up to the Sunderland game, I got the chance to interview Blooms about life, football and Wycombe Wanderers.
It's 37 minutes long, so maybe sit down with a cup of tea (and for the lucky ones, a bag of crisps) and take a listen:

No crisps for you Phil, you're in training for the London Marathon!
After the final whistle against Walsall, I spoke to both Gareth Ainsworth and Jason McCarthy.

Totally agree, I hardly miss any games so don’t hear many commentaries but always look forward to reports etc on 3CR on the way home. Great stuff.
All of the above Phil..............and best wishes for the Marathon.
Likewise.
Almost there now - the finish line is probably in sight!
Well done!!!

Pre Fleetwood Gaz chat. We talk about what's next, survival, injuries and those QPR rumours:

Possible at all to listen to the game online today @bluntphil or is that only available on iFollow?
Just iFollow I'm afraid @Brownie
@bluntphil how do you see the Ainsworth to QPR situation unfolding?
Privileged information @Bacon_Sandwich - if indeed the topic comes up.
Thanks for all the great commentating this season @bluntphil , hope to see you in the Calidonian post match!
Mica and I are behind the Trust desk beside the real ale bar.
Great to meet you tonight, more and more of the gas room comes to light...
Likewise @NorsQuarters. Mugs to monikers and all that. It was good to chat.
Indeed it was gentlemen, thank you.
Exciting stuff.
