Article in the Non League Paper today about Ian Stonebridge and his dad Alan, who was a star for Bromley. He features in the new The Bromley Boys film about their terrible 69/70 season, when they finished bottom of the Isthmian League. We finished one point behind champions Enfield and we are in the film a few times, I read. I haven't seen the film yet.

Tempting to say “so.........” but marginally more interesting than @Wwfc2015_ ‘s excitement about someone even fewer had heard of going to League 2 giants Newport.

Marvin McCoy has signed for Aldershot.
Always likes Marvelous Marv, got a couple of player of the match awards towards the end of his time with us before departing for York City, think Gaz though he was inconsistent and part of the Dean Morgan crew though.
@aloysius Me too. I recall he said he would be interested in joining us and that the two clubs were trying to work something out - then disappeared off to Lichenstein!
@Tom Bit of a surprise that. I heard both Plymouth and Bristol R wanted him.
Terrific player but we are brimming in a couple of areas and with no reserve team we now risk expanding the (contracted) squad too much.
Couple of cheaper punts on young signings and a 3 or 4 loans and thats the lot.
One of the best players in the World Cup was a goalscoring 5’8” Belgian midfielder in his late twenties. Parallels probably stop there but an interesting comparison!
Classy player who has graced some good clubs, not least Coventry City where he scored 18 goals in 77 appearances, at his peak perhaps, in his early twenties.
I agree with @TheAndyGrahamFanClub regarding Franck but rather doubt that we will sign more than a couple of loan players.

Former Chairboys loanee Graham Potter named as Swansea City manager today.
That's a decent move for him. Hope he does well.
As I’ve said before (ad nauseum perhaps), I’m sure he will.
Jason Barton signs for Torquay.
I wonder if he bothers unpacking his suitcase?
Probably lives in a camper van.

Liked him too. Always thought he was a bit underrated.
I thought he was awful. Better than Nick Arnold though.
A Dundee United supporting friend has just texted me to tell me they've signed former Wanderers loanee keeper Benjamin Siegrist.
Siegrist was the one that got away. Would have loved to have seen him sign for us - though it might have meant no Blackman.
Akinde signs for Lincoln

Happy for Sellers
Junior Morais joins Northampton for an undisclosed fee from Peterborough.
Max Kretschmar returns to Woking.
AAH joins Shrewsbury. With the right ...blah blah blah
Are we packed in midfield already or would we be better off with him in the squad?
