Ipswich have announced the departure of ten players, including a retirement and a loan player returning to Manchester United but it would appear that Ali Al-Hamadi has been retained.
Couldn't resist posting the following clip, featuring that incredible scouse accent.
He signed a 'long term deal' in January so not a surprise. In a way it is unfortunate for him as it will be a massive step up to play Premier League now. I expect a season on loan in the Championship would suit him better and if Ipswich survive then he will get a chance.
Wow, didn’t see that transfer coming. Would have said there was more chance of Alan Swann writing a decent article for his local rag than Josh Knight going to play in Germany.

I agree with @bluntphil
Scotland struggling to break down TJay & co. so far in a friendly. 0-0 55 minutes in.
Tjay proved popular with the Scotland fans, giving as good as he got regarding fouls.
That sounds like our TJay!
Eze stop it...that run was insane
He beat four players in close quarters and had to be brought down. Incredible!

“Sylvinho could never have imagined he would find himself sitting in front of a laptop and taking notes from Wycombe Wanderers matches in League One.”

He’d wind up with strangulated tonsils.

He's a terrific player and they have a real talent there. Fingers crossed his terrible luck with health problems are behind him now.
Walking football?
Let’s be topical (and slightly tasteless).
Walking wounded.

I know they beat England and won the final too, but surely they should have sobered up by now.
