Some of our fans, particularly the younger ones, got completely carried away when judging Freddie Potts. He’s been totally anonymous for Pompey tonight. You can’t allow a Paul Warne side that haven’t won in six games to pass it around you like this. It’s embarrassing. He’s a great player, but I wouldn’t want to see him start for us over Morley, Scowen or Humphreys. He’d be fourth best. Still got a big future. Still think he’s a half decent bottom half Championship player. But some of his plaudits were suggesting he could do a job off the bench for West Ham. Absolutely not.

I see Kane Vincent-Young is still without a club
If only he could have worked with GA after Torquay...a big playerin L2 and a Rookie manager being the stumbling block, I suppose.
He was a solid enough L1 player, just a shame he couldn't stay fit
There are few sadder things in football than someone's career being blighted by injury. I wish KVY all the very best.
Obviously I was talking about Dean Morgan not KVY...
I did wonder.
Confused High Wycombe.

Might get to see Anis against England next year, drawn in same world cup qualifier group
Just accidentally plagiarized you in another thread as I had not seen this, sorry.
That would be some game, especially if he played the Wembley leg!
Connor Parsons to join Dagenham & Redbridge in January having left Waterford

In fairness he's playing for the worst team in a higher tier.
We'd have to see how our current 3 mids slotted into that Portsmouth team as a comparison.
But last year Potts looked really good for us. The great news is we certainly don't miss him this year.
Is he contributing to them being bottom? Probably. He’s been a total passenger. Languid.
Fourth from bottom, to be fair - unless they concede again, which looks likely at this point!
Dale Taylor puts Wigan 1 up at Bolton
Paul Smyth scores for QPR vs Bristol City
Great celebration too
Good to see John Maskell playing up front and scoring
Agent Kaikai won the late Cambridge penalty against Wrexham.
Southampton 3-0 down at home to Spurs inside 14 minutes. I know Spurs are capable of implosions like no one else, but this is surely the end for RM.
Clearly a talented coach but he’s come across as arrogant in his total self belief in his playing system.
I think he’s lost the goodwill of the fans now. And 0-4 after 29 mins isn’t not gonna save him
Yes, he is absolutely loathed in their forum.
I didn’t appreciate how much. But I took a glance at their forum and it’s pretty comprehensive. And has been for some time.
Perhaps RM will take the Oxford job.
Richard Money?
Richard Masters?
Rami Malek?
Russell Martin. 🤦 - should have written it out properly - sorry.
He has officially gone. If it were me, I would be going for someone like John Eustace as his replacement.
They’d love his pretty passing patterns at Oxford.
Russell Martin and Matt Bloomfield were teammates for about four years, of course.
I recall that Bloomfield, Martin and Williamson were big mates. Does that sound right to somebody with a younger memory than mine?
