Atletico....we have an extra man!! We can do passing triangles all day long and sometimes give it to Hulk (remember him?) to punt over the bar. But there'll be one moment of genius that will make you forget just how shite this game was.
I once went to a "friendly" between Colo-Colo and Universidad de Chile in Santiago which had six red cards (including someone deliberately spot kicking his opponent, and the other goalkeeper flying in with a superman punch on the offender), the stadium being set on fire in various places, the referee going off at the half and full time in a protective shell of police shields (owing to the cloud of glass bottles descending on him) and one manager resigning afterwards.
I have always wondered what happens in actual competitive matches. A red card after 10 seconds makes complete sense!
@Chris indeed many takeaways are struggling but other football clubs seem to be successfully at offering decent scran at a reasonable price, why has it always been so hard in recent years to do so at Admas Park?
Meanwhile The Daggers are still drawing 1-1 at Wimbledon with 17 minutes to go, young Woodhouse has had a pretty decent game so far for Dagenham at left back!
As for the Copa Libertadores final, the level of shithousery on show is truly off the scale, I would hate to have to officiate that nonsense; to be frank, the ref could easily have sent off 3 or 4 players by now for simulation alone.
There's a good argument for subsidising it, If the food service is good people will get there earlier and stay longer, access will become easier, we'll sell more beer and merchandise and give people travelling a distance a nicer day all round meaning they are more likely to come again.
Tbh if the beer service was better we'd sell more, the queues put people off. Hard to believe they aren't still paying kids a tiny amount per day where if we had a few more we'd easily get it back in sales.

Surely because it’s a nightmare to make a profit managing high demand for a few hours 30 times a year, and zero demand for the rest of the time.
A lot of normal chippies are struggling to stay open at the moment.

Ah yes, the roof. How many of his 'promises' did he actually come through with? I can't think of many.

Universidad de Chile used to be the greatest team in the world to put a bet on. Goals guaranteed. Until the goals stopped.

Wifi!
Upgraded floodlights - albeit that was demanded because of the championship promotion.
The rest of it was an enhanced budget and lucking out on having a brilliant manager.
New stand, road, training ground, second to none experiences were all absolute poppycock.
Pat Nevin and Tim Vickery and chips talk.......fapfapfapfap
BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ah yes, the road! Even my chairlift is less fanciful than that.
I think the Little Marlow road training ground was even less likely, but yes the road thing was bonkers.
Who on earth would want to drive up a makeshift hilly narrow rickety one way road the back way out anyway, I don't know.
Or who would suddenly think, "ah, there's that back road, i might go now".
Penalty!!!
Down to ten men after ten seconds and 2-0 up. Hahahahaha
Atletico Minero making an absolute pigs ear out of playing 10 men
Now concede a pretty obvious penalty to go 2 down
I wish our 11:30 game was like this

Well a nice cup upset at Wimbledon, Dagenham getting a really scrappy second and then hanging on to win the tie.
Thought Woodhouse had a really good game at left back, as did Rutherford at right back.
Good lord. That is an unbelievable match report!

Tbh I don't think the WiFi is that good !
A beautiful shitshow. 9/10
Didn’t we have to remove some of it as it interfered with some other system / structure?
Not everything needs to make a profit though.
Reports of 79 people injured in post match violence at FC Carl Zeiss Jena and we keep getting told football violence is the English Disease...
Kettering closing in on another upset vs Doncaster. Anyone know the last 7th tier side to reach R3?
1-1, my bad
Dammit. Just switched on and Doncaster equalise.
Was it Marine?

They were 8th tier.
We should all know the last seventh tier club as we knocked them out.
