I think it could be a really good fit. Loves punching above his weight on a relatively small budget and there are plenty of teams above them, not to mention the big 2. Could poach Obita from their rivals and get in Alex Samuel as a backup striker- get the band back together north of the border. OK those last 2 are unlikely to happen, but who wouldn't want to test themselves in Europe- he might never get that chance? We'll all be routing for him wherever he goes...unless its Franchise, Poxford, horse punchers, Slough or bedsheets fc
I did wonder whether he was hanging around waiting for the Reading job, location wise It couldn't be any better for him. As long as they keep going of course. But if their manager was to finally have enough and walk, he'd probably be seen as a cheaper option, and he'd probably definitely be up for the challenge
Hearts are evidently going to use Tony Blooms' analytics firm in the search. I would be a little surprised if GA's name is landed on by that particular spinning wheel, given how Brighton operate.

He can't be that desperate if it's right he turned down the Stoke job, most out of work managers would jump at the chance of a Championship job.
