Latest transfer rumour. We’re being linked with Miguel Freckleton (left-footed centre-back),20.
Spent last season on loan with Chesterfield from Sheffield United. Several other clubs also interested, including Bristol Rovers, Bradford City and Fleetwood Town.
I'm not enjoying every time we are linked to a player on X there is a comment about our new found resources. I hope the mantra is just because we can doesn't mean we should.
Not a rumour but just seen that Luton skipper Dan Potts has been released. He’s a LB/CB, only 30 and is the older brother of a certain Freddie Potts. He will probably be playing in the Championship next season but I would certainly be happy to see him take the #3 shirt next season.
I think he's more of a left back than centre back.
By the start of next season will have only played 115 minutes of football in 19 months. Due to various injuries he never got to play a single minute in the Premiership, having played in League Two, League One and the Championship for Luton. He's also been denied a testimonial season by being released after nine years.
I would definitely take a look at him in pre season.
Nothing I’ve read above fills me with any confidence that he’d be a good signing. Echoes of Darius and Alfie without their previous impressive history.
According to the South London Press today, Charlton are aiming to reach an agreement to sign Dunfermline's left back Josh Edwards, a reported target of ours, by the end of the week.

Well Rotherham have had a busy day today......
Looks like 3 decent signings for them within the last week.
And the litter tray makes a good upgrade to our toilets.
Often obscure, generally witty, rarely just plain silly.

Forino replacement?
Seems like we might be in for quite a few rumours this summer.
We’re being linked with Luke Molyneux (winger, right-footed but can play on the left), 26.
Out of contract with Doncaster Rovers after two years there. He’s been offered a new deal there.
We are going to be used by alot of clubs and agents to raise prices, wages, to get deals done.
No secret we will be quite big players in this summer's market
Val Adedokun on loan from Brentford for the season.
Not made a senior appearance yet but B Team Captain and B Team Player of Season 23/24.
Turned 21 in February, plays at left back.
Are you speculating, alluding to speculation elsewhere or basing that on something more solid?
Very Oirish.

And cleaning first floor windows without a ladder.
I wonder how many agents wheel out “even Wycombe Wanderers are offering more money than you”
I think there could be a spot for him in our squad.
Form seems patchy though.
Courtney Baker Richardson is rumoured to be joining WWFC.
6”2 striker so seems to fit the profile we look for
As long as he doesn't loaf around off the ball.

He was released along with two of our former players, namely Fred and Admiral Muskwe.

That would be a brilliant signing
I think he’s recently been more of a centre back. Concerns over his pace.
Can’t remember ever seeing him play, but doesn’t look particularly prolific.
I’d have concerns over his height at 5ft 8 playing CB. He’s worth a look but maybe better youngsters available who might be saleable assets.

Seems like an expensive signing if they’ve already had a six-figure bid turned down.
