Has be substantiated that with any actual news or evidence or just seen the headline “new Wycombe owner worth $5.7b” and decided to stick his finger in the air and say “they’re going to spend big”
Wildsmith was a surprise release from Derby so he's a free keeper. This season's Golden Glove in League One so surely sought after by League One teams.

I think I read somewhere that Shayne Lavery has signed for Rotherham.
Isn't Elkan Baggott a minor character in Lord of the Rings?
No, that's Johnson Clark-Harris.
Its been reported that Bristol Rovers wanted Clark-Harris but have now turned their attention to Lavery.

I could not agree more. You took the words right out of my mouth.
ITK: Rovers are happy with Chris Martin atm, never went back for C-H he was always asking too much money from them
Nixon from that toilet paper I won’t name is suggesting we’re going to spend big…
No idea who Nixon is and there are at least half a dozen newspapers (if that’s what you’re referring to) which could be so described.
For those of us with a thirst for knowledge, could you be more specific, please.
Alan Nixon, hack for The Sun
Spending big sounds exciting.
But right now just hearing a one liner from the club on anything would be exciting.
If the club make some big money signings but no one could buy a season ticket to see them, did they even happen?
Why don't you buy a season pass. You can pay monthly and cancel when you want. Not that you should ever want to.
Thats what Derby said! No thank you.
There possibly may be a middle position between spending nothing and bankrupting your club.

I hate the idea of spending big. Having the new owners will make some right sorts crawl from under rocks.

Clubs.
Looking at his record so far, I would suspect he would be wanting a Championship side next season.
Yes, he would have had that with Derby next season but maybe he felt that he could do better elsewhere.
Or Derby intend to roll the dice by spending big time again in an effort to go straight up to the promised land.
Losing £10m a year, losing £20m a year. Who cares? Go for it Derby
the same ambition as last summer but with the means to pull it off👀
The sort of ambition that could have Lonwijk in quarters next season? 👀
Anything in the pipeline?
Lonwijk and Dale Taylor would be a great start.
Dale Taylor is in the Northern Ireland squad to play two friendlies in June versus Spain and Andorra.
Forest staying in the PL must mean more chance of Dale being released.
the Dave Tarpey signing can only be a matter of time
I'd take anything atm... even an interview with the office cat. Just some news, any news !
Spoke to Felix the office cat earlier.
He said that he had been too focused on chasing the partridges and kites from the playing surface to know of any new signees.
However, he has noticed the change in accents like there was a new owner. Cat crunches tasted the same though.
Well if we've stocked up on cat crunchies, at least we'll have an alternative if we run out of crisps.
