Looks like we've been a lot better again - for the benefit of those of us not able to watch, what's changed? Shift from back 3 to 4 aside. And is it less boring to watch?
@ReturnToSenda More bodies in midfield has freed up Phillips, Sadlier & GMac to push forward more whilst being covered by Scowen & Leahy, plus of course the back 4 where Low & Forino have been superb
It has been much more attractive. We have been much more confident and precise in our passing. Vokes led the line well, and both Sadlier and McCleary were really tricky.
Dreadful game management. We let it scrappy in a way that suited them, after an hour of us being in control. Yes we were unlucky, with some dodgy decisions and some close calls, but we didn't seize the opportunity to kill the game, and paid the price.
If you only score one, you’re always under pressure. We are dropping lots of points. Expect the same boring dialogue from Bloomfield about xg, crosses, passes in opposition half etc etc. We need to score goals and win games not win the battle on stats.
Also Stryjek's distribution second half was dreadful. When a game is getting scrappy like that, the last thing you should be doing is turning presssure-relieving goal kicks into unnecessary opportunities for the opposition.

Sads was 12/1 in-play first goal scorer…I don’t think it was going to be anybody else, he’s been really good today.
Such a harsh booking on Vokes there.
Eh? I wasn’t aggressive. I just said “don’t comment” when you’re not informed. You’re not informed. You’re still commenting. You’re a top tier wally
It's a free forum, you prick.

Because you were being a douche bag, probably

Do you walk around the homeless in London telling them that?
A lot better until we scored. It then became frenetic, scrappy and frustrating. And the inevitable happened.

Too old, I’d say but at least I looked it up. Pretty horrendous.
I've been very critical of late but I thought that was pretty decent.
We created far better chances than Vale and would normally win that game.
Paid the price for not getting a second goal. But still a huge improvement.
Nobody seems to know who he is. He gabbled away, nineteen to the dozen and gave the impression of being someone involved with the coaching side.
He does some coaching for the community foundation apparently.
This really is turning into a relegation scrap for us this season.
There were three points there for the taking today and we have thrown it away.
Not looking good.
I’m beginning to loose faith.
Much better to watch.
Change to 4231 and we're playing 10 yards higher up the pitch. None of the pedestrian tapping it around at the back. Higher press.
All much, much improved.
24 points from 21 games is unacceptable. 6 points off the bottom four. If we lose to Exeter he should go.
Where's your Christmas cheer?
He's got until Jan 1st.
