Costello?
Guy down my chip shop last night claimed to be Elvis but actually turned out to be Boris Johnson
I think you have the mic drop for Elvis puns, seeing as your username is one!
I was just going to say there's not many forumites with a Wycombe related player username either. Then scrolled up and saw Mooneyman.
There's @johnkerrsdivingheade
Les Merrick
Hello
Hello Jonkers
A certain @TGAS still lurks amongst us. Bonus points for anyone that can remember which player that was in honour of…
Andy Graham?
Terry Glynn?
The Great Alex Samuel?
Is Andy Graham fan club not around anymore?
The _ _ Society?
Ty Gooden
Watched a bit of Alex Samuel for Ross County against Celtic the other day. Good to see him back on a football pitch again...
I’m a young pup planty!!
Has Breckin gone yet?
I haven't seen any Breckin news saying so
Is it possible this whole thread could be a red herring?
That would be a surprise as social media doesn’t have a reputation for spreading unfounded rumours 😊
I really wish I’d put a ? at the end of this thread title!
Hindsight what a wonderful thing.
Then it would be subject to Betteridge's Law though.
Nah, you claimed in as fact, no back tracking now. Or are yóu some kind of politician trying to revise the past?
Leave the title alone, then beg @drcongo to change the first post to "With Wycombe, when we go up"
40 years since the first ever episode of the brilliant 'Auf Weidersehen Pet' today....
Ooh-ooh, Breckin away
Got to find a better way
Until the good times roll around, again
Auf Wiedersehen
Jeez, that really dates me. Used to love that programme. 😊
Used to see the cast out and about in Nottingham...as I think the second series used a lot of local locations. I saw Gary Holton in a pub about a few weeks before he died. He was suitably refreshed.
