Every loss is somewhere on the spectrum of the other team beating you v beating yourselves. This game is much more about Ipswich being excellent, which makes it hard to get a read on where we really are.
He has, but there's been a discernible drop-off in organisation since Gaz. I'm trying not to fall into the trap of comparing everything Blooms does to Gaz, but it's bloody hard.
Have taken the misguided choice of looking on the QPR forum. Really depressing as they desperately want him to go. They're on a shocking run, but really don't know what manager they could have if he got the summer and a few different players.
The style is better but it does leave us open and without a key striker like Vokes and the skill and experience of McCleary, we are pretty poor up front.
Shouldn’t be too surprised about the doom and gloom on this showing but get a grip guys. Take a look at the opposition squad, and the subs they can bring on. Then look at ours. We are different league and will be soon.
@micra might disagree but I think we miss Vokes. There was no chance Hanlan was going to score today but at 0-0 I thought we might just grind it out with everyone else behind the ball. Strangely Ipswich did not seem to notice we had everyone behind the ball as they waltzed through. 😉
That's the play off gone!! bring in Bloomfield was just a ploy to keep the locals happy and it's ended up with what we all thought would happen disaster!!. With the club up for sale and no doubt a smaller player budget ,we will be fighting relegation next year

Oh well. Let's see how my new second team are doing.
QPR 0 Preston 2. Fuck.

While I'll never understand the hype some put in, it's not really fair to single someone out in a game we've been smashed all round the park.
Exactly my point. We need to press higher to change anything
As opposed to the other ten playing a blinder?
It's surely perfect for his "development" to find that life isn't just tea and biscuits, and that sometimes life is hard.

Let's not forget that under GA we would on occasion get spanked by the bigger sides away
Early signs are that we play a bit more football, but do a lot less of the cynical but necessary stuff that Gaz got us winning games galore with.
It feels a little Gorman-lite at the moment, but without anything close to the scintillating football.
Very early doors though.
Scowen was crap and stealing a living according to QPR and Sunderland fans. Football for managers and players is a funny old game isn't it?

Probably worth giving him 15-20mins rest now and getting Gape on. Keep him fresher for Monday.

Already on the A12 on my way home. Hoping to forget this one very soon indeed
How is Josh complaining about that? 😂
Or leave him on to concede a pen for 4-0....
MOTM is going to be difficult. I had Scowen, but that was poor.
We can see you sneaking out.
Just put one of the subs down
Maybe give that a miss this week.
Didn't Phil say their two full backs cost a million each or something? Davis is an excellent player.
My rudimentary lip reading suggests he was saying “we both slipped” which did look to be the case.
Co-comms thought we had a chance of getting in to the playoffs on GD, bless.
Watch to the bitter end. That's what you have to do as a fan.
Think I'll give the interview a miss though. That'd call for real masochism.
They did. But look around the rest of their squad and you can see big transfers all over. Brandon is our big money signing.

An Ipswich player just defended their shot better than we have been doing.
None of the above
