Such a shame. The result (1-0 away at the league leaders) isn't the end of the world, but we looked far the better team after bringing on our best players, and should probably have equalised
I can't understand why they weren't started, or didn't get more minutes at the very least
BBC 5 Live just reporting that he's been stretched off after about 10 mins and Wycombe players applauded when he left. They suggested maybe he'd just fainted.
Anyway hopefully that's a good sign and it won't be anything too serious for him
In fairness we probably should have ended that with a draw. If resting the players then allows us to go to Peterborough and win it would be an excellent return from the 2 games.
Tbf there is a lot of complaining on their forum about the chanting as well, they are not happy with it either, as usual it's always a small minority. Pretty much all on there ae hoping TJ is OK, also seen on twitter plenty of Plymouth fans sending their best to him
Probably one individual reprobate. I’m sure the overwhelming majority will be decent people (their support for Argyle notwithstanding) concerned for the welfare of the player.
The utter cretin dirty deleted the tweet when he got the inevitable backlash. Looking at his other racist and Hillsborough-baiting tweets, let's just say it's not the first time he's proven himself to be a thoroughbred melt.
Starting with 8 changes, knowing we have a break after the game on Sunday (FA Cup), is a really strange decision and could cost us dearly at he end of the day.
I know that the players will get back in the early hours of Friday and the next game is then only 2 days away, but such a mass rotation job away to the top of the league outfit did seem bonkers.
If we can win on Sunday we'd all take 2 wins from 3 though. But it's miles off any sort of given.
Pointing out that it's a small minority doesn't really achieve anything; it's still too many and they're still their fans. That goes for any time anything like this happens with any club. No one with a bit of sense would tar them all with the same brush.
I just feel we handed it to them a bit tonight, they would've been dreading and preparing for Anis, as soon as they saw he wasn't on the team sheet it would've given them a massive boost. We looked so much better after he and Vokes came on, we had enough chances in the end to take something. I get resting players, we've all been calling for Horgan and Kaikai to get more minutes, but that many in one go ? At top of the league team ?

Hope TJ is Ok he played really well - great effort in his 20 minutes
Doesn't sound good. Reports are paramedics rushed onto the pitch.
Hope he is OK...
Evidently (based on their own board) Plymouth fans are singing "same old Wycombe, always cheating" with De Barr down. Vile.

Classy as ever....
Bloody hell. Couldn't care less about the result now really. Just hope Tjay is ok 💙
Club reporting it as "a medical incident"

Hope De Barr is indeed something much more minor than it looks.
Imagine posting something like that. Utterly cretinous.
To be fair to Plymouth fans, there’s considerably more of them posting their concern about Tjay.
Yeah, well said.
At times like this it really is the lunatic fringe that post stuff like that and you can't hold them against an entire club.

Re reading this, were five live just guessing? Hope they're right.

James richings (BFP) posted similar from the ground.

Classic twitter cess pit.

It sounded like a pretty loud small minority, as evidently the Plymouth manager had to appeal for them to stop the chants.
You do wonder if there was illness in the squad - we have my parents staying with us who have brought Covid up with them from the south!
Appalling if that’s right. They really are a shitty outfit.

Thankful
I totally agree. That match was there for the taking. Stunningly disappointing management tonight.
