Was the taunting of Leicester before the stuffing of MK? All a bit weird but "FOREVER A STAIN ON THE ENGLISH GAME" does have a nice ring to it for the franchise
If I ever win the Euromillions, I'm buying MK and then withdrawing them from the league immediately never to eb seen again. I'd give a nice donation to MK City to get started again.
Obviously, the rest of the money would be ploughed into Bucks #1 team to ensure the leaky roof is fixed in the FA, the Vere Suite gets an overhaul, 50/50 would be brought back and to unfreeze the toilets...
Football Finances 2023: Effectively bankrupt club suffering from spiralling debt and failure to qualify for top European competition pays to start renovating disused stadium so that they can move in whilst they spend even more renovating their own stadium. Both quite cool projects but how they can afford either is a bit dodgy at best.
I remember a challenge he made for us against MK Dons that we went on to lose 1-0 that resulted in similar. That red card went on to be rescinded but looked very similar from what I recall.
"Where a player commits an offence against an opponent within their own penalty area which denies an opponent an obvious goal-scoring opportunity and the referee awards a penalty kick, the offender is cautioned if the offence was an attempt to play the ball; in all other circumstances (e.g. holding, pulling, pushing, no possibility to play the ball etc.) the offending player must be sent off."

Hell be joining us in January. Player swap plus cash possibly?
Absolutely no chance. Championship-bound!
Pretty sure you said similar about Mawson!
I probably did, but would Smyth fail a medical with a Championship club? We'll see, but we could do far worse for an Anis replacement.
Wonder when the gates open?
I wonder if they count broadcasters in the attendance? If so it will be a nice doubling of the crowd there.

Given your earlier pic, perhaps he just felt lonely and wanted to keep warm amongst the Leicester fans?
Excellent stuff from the Leicester fans (although would have been better not to have gone at all)
Too many fans treat them as a normal club these days, worse still some seem to revel in this concocted rivalry
Can't wait for them to go into liquidation

There were 9000 home supporters at the MK game yesterday.
Don't forget the chips!
They're still giving away loads of tickets to get fans to come
Taking a leaf out of the Trump and Qatar schools of exaggeration excellence
"The crowd was bigly, all of the people were there, I've never seen more people. I have but it was huge, massive"
Erling Haaland still works after a month in hibernation then

Anthony Stewart sent off tonight....
St Mirren won 3-1 and missed 2 out of 3 penalties!!

It's quite difficult to get a red for giving a pen away these days, so I was intrigued how he'd managed it.
Looks more clumsy than intentional foul really, but I suppose you'd be hard pressed to call it a legit attempt at a challenge too!

That was a shocking decision as that was a clear attempt for the ball.
This one will probably take a bit more work to get rescinded.
Noticed the defending just seconds before too, turned and very lucky not to concede.
Bet the Aberdeen forums are best avoided tonight!
It must have been a red card for the "pull"...

He might benefit from a spell out having a quick whisk through their forums! Spell out of the firing line!
Do they not rate him?
A loan back to an English League One club could do him some good?😊
It was a shocking pass he made in the highlight before the red card....
Anthony Stewart will always realise Wycombe Wanderers is his home.

Wow - there is not a single good word said "aboot" him on this forum. Most label him a "disgrace".
I must admit, I was surprised that he was named as club captain. Never struck me as that type of character.
Assuming Forino gets fit and stays fit, Stewart would only be a bench warmer for us. Mawson and Taff are better all round players.
