Today I bought a pint and a bottle of water in the Frank Adams at half time with minimal queue from fast, friendly staff. All of this is good, though I have a horrible feeling that the small queue was just because everyone brought stuff with them today.
Just a shame they didn't open the doors until about 15 minutes after the final whistle, leaving us all standing there like lemons for ages after the game.
They appear to be in the process of repainting the rails in the Whites (home) Terrace. Either that or some very large birds with incredibly precise aim had been sh***ing on them.

I am imagining a Chas n Dave song describing all of the amazing tunnel action:
"JJ's readin' cookbooks
Taffs is standin' tall
Grimms is doin' silly shadow puppets on the wall
Dom is blindfold dancin'
Horgs is playin' darts
Vokes is making laughter with his famous armpit farts"
To be fair, two and a half grand would have been well worth it to have a front row seat when Bayo chased Danny Hylton up the tunnel the other year
And we do have the possibility of Joey Barton coming here this year
And Derek Adams
And Scott Brown, if the snarling ex Celtic midfielder manages like he played, expected some unsavoury stuff.
With a team sheet? I'm in the wrong room!
I remember being puzzled at some people's almost obsession with getting a team sheet as if it was some holy grail.
It was way more important than that! Quite ridiculous really but it was a fun moment in the build up to kick off.
Maybe this is why they stopped selling chips (from the Edinburgh derby today)
😀
THE PLAYER WEARING NUMBER 20 !!
It’s the number anyone in the squad with dodgy knees is required to wear.

Even had paper towels in the vere after the game

Did anyone explain why they didn't open the doors? It was very wierd.
We opted for the tent but then had to stand rather than sit, which wasn't ideal.
Don't know if there is any truth in it but I did hear that there was a lack of security staff?
Yep, bar staff said they couldn't open up without security

I can see how being treated like a lemon can leave you a little sour.
Or a right sherbet!
'They' are the midweek volunteer team who will resume painting the metalwork dark blue on Wednesday.
And very nice the rails will look too @LordMandeville
