With Willis fit (?), Forino has to lead the line for the next couple of games. He’s quicker and better with the ball at his feet than Vokes. Freeman also needs to start.
Excellent point. Our run in is easier than when when Eberechi Eze was jogging in the park, thought his blood sugar levels were low, leaned into an unattended pram, and aquired some sweets from an infant human.
To be 3 points off the play-offs this late in the season after barely being able to field a full-strength team all campaign, and having spaffed a load of points away early on while we dealt with the goalkeeping mess, is pretty impressive.
Disappointing performance and result . Real wasted opportunity but we are still in the mix , with two places up for grabs. We do look poor upfront and cannot see that changing.
Not TJays finest day, @inflikted , we're unlikely to be looking for someone new to play alongside him unless he shows more, which to be fair he has done in other games.
Think 442 was worth a go today but leaves us a bit weak in midfield and the two up front scrapped for not much when Wing a bit higher or Freeman might have created more.
Good bit of fight in the end. Can't blame Blooms for squad depth, or the Couhigs really, Ainsworth never stopped praising their backing, AAH would have been around the team if the late bid hadn't come in and injuries are unfortunate.
We struggled to impose ourselves on that game barring the first 5-10 mins and looked a little one dimensional thereafter (diagonal to Wheeler’s head). They got a bit of luck with the ricochet for their goal but created very little in the way of real chances thereafter. We stuck at it got the equaliser but didn’t do enough really to win it. Frustrating afternoon but we should remind ourselves of the players missing from action.
Everyone has their off days, sounds like it was a fairly poor performance all round so can't really single him out for criticism. I think he's put extra pressure on himself given how he withdrew from the national team and I just hope that doesn't weigh on him.
When Vokes is back I'd like to see them partnered up, and another Vokes style striker wouldn't go amiss anyway, Tjay or no Tjay.
Yeah, didn't take his chance but he was no worse than anyone else and we're obviously short, so he'll get more time, wonder if there's anyone out of contract who could add but we may have left it too late.
Charlton will probably feel a bit mugged, if their impressive set of talented young forwards had synched up a bit better early in the second half we might have been out of sight but think they are a bit weak mentally or wouldn't be where they are in the table.

Agh, saw his name in lights there
Mellor, Al Hamadi, Kaikai, Horgan can play wide, Parsons. The first 3 are better offerings than the options we have been left with.
I'd forgotten all about Mellor
Easily done.
Table still looks ok. Useful point.
Having been behind for so long, and with some key players out, a draw has to be a good result today.
League table is really well poised.
Us 61 points, PBoro 63, Bolton & Derby 64
All played 38 now. 2 places up for grabs.
Really poor performance which makes it a good point in the end
Wow...yes forgotten we had let those free scoring options go. Ainsworth out.
Some cold comfort in seeing Oxford drop to 20th

I never had you down as a wind-up merchant
You young wind up merchants with your crazy posts.
Good point. Wheeler got a good pasting today. I know we're short up top but not sure Hanlan will be keeping a fit Vokes out.

Vokes and McCleary waltz back in when fit.
The question is who plays aside them? Campbell or Hanlan.
De Barr should be a bench option at this stage when everyone is available.

With Ipswich away 2 games away, that MK game really is critical.
8 games left, 3 of the bottom 4 to play, midtable the rest. Portsmouth surely out of the reckoning by the last day face off.
It's definitely all to play for.

A new low!
I have to say their 'keeper was pretty inspired today - I didn't think he was their number 1, but I can see why he is now.
Come on out with your dancing shoes,
Scowen and Chris Forinooo!
It would not be Wycombe if we did not squeeze into the playoffs by a whisker pissing someone off.
Gee thanks, @eric_plant !
Looks like we won't be seeing GMac again this season https://twitter.com/wwfcofficial/status/1639641785357021186?t=mv7hQ-PvRezBhrl9sGtQHA&s=19
