Brilliant news for Hannah. I can't imagine it'll last too long either. Dale Vince has probably smelled a good PR opportunity after Ferguson left rather abruptly. Still, maybe this is the perfect chance to dip a toe in the water, and get all the usual bile out of the way.
Southend players on strike as they have not been paid so they effectively can walk away from their contracts...HMRC also on the hunt again. Have to feel for the fans who purchased STs in hope on the back of the last £3 million influx of cash from their owner!
Well done to Hannah, hope it isnt just a Vince Dale PR stunt & she is genuinely given a chance to prove her worth.
Would love to see Emma Hayes given an opportunity to coach a men's side, given her success at Chelsea Women & her knowledge of the game as shown when she has been on co-comms for Men's World Cup games.
It's always been on Sky, last 20 years or so. I'm guessing it's like the Women's World Cup where tv companies are calling FIFA's bluff, but don't know.
It's in Georgia, so no surprise it's on in the US 😀
I saw a short back and sides version of Dale Vince (or is it Vince Dale?) on Question Time on Thursday evening but had no idea that he was the owner of Forest 🌳 Green Rovers or a Corbynista.
He seems a snip at £15m, especially as he went through the tournament without conceeding a goal.
I thought Colwill & Harwood-Bellis were immense throughout the tournament & again tonight, can see why Brighton are desperate to sign the former on permanent terms
A well deserved win, England were not at their fluent best but they blunted Spain who were thwarted by a superb defence.
What a yellow card count, 14 I think, two of which resulted in dismissals, one for each side, for players who had been subbed. There were additional reds for a coach on each side, Ashley Cole one of them. UEFA will no doubt take a dim view of it all.
We have already had a very good chance of winning something. Better than ever. Home ground, 1-0 up against an average but efficient Italy. To get that chance again would be some task, to go one further even greater. Exciting times though. Seems as though the fruits of St Georges Park are beginning to show. Fair play to the FA for that one.

Hannah Dingley named FGR caretaker manager, becomes the first woman to coach a men's team in the top four divisions.
Congratulations to Hannah! I expect it won't be too long to the next.
Millwall's owner passed away in a tragic accident of some kind. I had no idea they had such a beloved owner, and reading their forum as quite moving.

England are currently playing Israel in the UEFA U21 Euro Semi-final.
Unfortunately nobody picked up the tv rights this year but you can watch for free on UEFA.com. Hopefully someone will pick up the final (if allowed).
Very odd that no one's broadcasting it at home. Every game has been on live here!

Must be very odd eligibility rules for this tournament. It’s billed as U21 but goalscorer Gibbs-White is 23y5m old!!
Under 21 when qualification begins
Apparently it's live on uefa.com?

2015 League Two play-off final is on Sky Sports Football at 2pm if anyone wants to make sure they're not watching
Bradford City have released their new rugby kit
He looks happy !
Tbh I don't mind that. Different, better than all one colour
The final of the U21 Euros is on Channel 4 at 5 today
Most certainly so

I thought UEFA took a ‘dim’ view of everything
The England senior team is very strong in defence and attack but perhaps weaker in defence and perhaps GK.
really encouraging then to see two very strong young CBs - particularly the outstanding Colwill and potentially a good GK.
I think England have a really good chance of actually winning something after all these years of hurt.
Would it be overly pedantic to say that we have just won the 2022 Euros?
Morgan Gibbs-White could well make the Euro 2024 squad - I think he's going to have a huge season. Some player.
