Horgan’s probably our most two footed player at the minute isn’t he? Right footed but reasonably strong on his left, Freeman’s not bad either.
Although neither are quite the equal of Chris Palmer who was probably the most two footed player I’ve seen in a Wycombe shirt. To the extent that it was virtually impossible to work our which was his stronger foot.
Interesting the other week to see Charlton’s Harry Arter take a free kick and a corner with different feet literally within seconds of each other.
Left footed youth players are at an advantage. They probably represent one in eight of the population but each team of 11 needs at least 2 left footed players ideally. So naturally left footed players are advanced through academies as they are spotted and targeted as left backs and left wingers, also as left sided Centre backs.
