Surely this is a day for Rolando Aarons to start and secure his place in Newcastle fans' hearts by banging in at least a brace. Will be interesting to see how O'Nein is used by Phil Parkinson (if at all).
If I were Ainsworth this would be my matchday squad. If Curtis Thompson, Paul Smyth, Alex Samuel and Nnamdi Ofoborh miss out through suspension and injury I believe the team will be like this.
4-3-3
1. Ryan Allsop GK
19. Jack Grimmer RB
5. Anthony Stewart CB
21. Darius Charles CB
3. Joe Jacobson LB
4. Dominic Gape CDM
10. Matt Bloomfield CM
22. Nick Freeman CM
26. Rolando Aarons RW
20. Adebayo Akinfenwa ST
23. Fred Onyedinma LW
Subs
13. Cameron Yates (GK)
2. Sido Jombati
7. David Wheeler
8. Alex Pattison
11. Scott Kashket
16. Giles Phillips
27. Josh Parker
I do agree with @chairboyscentral proposed starting line-up as I listed here. I would feel quite optimistic about it all as well as Sunderland are starting over again and will need time. COYB!
A friend of mine was trying to book a ticket five minutes ago and was told he’d secured the last one on the terrace... only for it to sell out online before the phone operator could complete the transaction.
If anyone knows of a spare terrace ticket for him, please let me know!
Not really sure Aarron's has done quite enough to justify a start yet has he? Would be great to have him fired up and ready to come on for the last 20-30mins though.
I agree @Wycombe85. I understood he was an out-and-out winger but in the two appearances I have seen he seemed to have a roving role - very quick and skilful but a bit “detached”.

Aarons smashes home the winner deep into stoppage time and sprints towards the away end(s), arm aloft à la Shearer. It's written in the stars, isn't it? Preview here: https://chairboyscentral.com/2019/10/18/preview-wycombe-v-sunderland/

@OxfordBlue Paul McCloud was saying he had one spare. Try getting him on the Facebook group.
Is the game sold out? I can’t seem to get a ticket online for my friend?
I’m after anything in the Family Stand.
Tickets went off sale at 12pm
Oh balls. Thanks. @fredk333
I have a child ticket I’m not using, hopefully I can pay to upgrade.
All sorted. COYBs!
Running up and down the Wycombe right / Giving the Lads a fright / Rolandooo!
Why on earth have Sunderland been given all of the Beachdean when the away end is nowhere near sold out?
25 minutes gone and not a single mention of Anthony Stewart. Odd.
Yes Darius! 1-0.
Some areas of the Beachdean were made available to home fans last night.
We deserve to be even further ahead!
Best team by a mile first half. Sadly I'm next to two kids constantly checking and chatting about their fantasy premier teams.
Strangely tjevteam trying to play football keeps getting felled
According to Sunderland fan site, were shit and fall over all the time... they cant believe they have to play in this division..... standard comments
You beautiful team.
Shout out to Ryan Allsop for a stunning late save. Talk about redemption!
Ohhhhhh my godnesss
Squirms nervously ..although it depends how old you are to consider me and pal "kids"
What a great performance.
Unbelievable save at the end
My God that league table is a sexy thing tonight!
Hahaha. And that football is the football that has seen Wycombe gain 5 points against our "footballing" counterparts over the last two seasons.
Looking forward to Phil Catchpole’s “The opposition’s view” read in a north east accent with some depressing music in the background.
