You would hope maybe that as he is a free agent (so no fee to be paid) and the fact we have 45k in prize money from the 1st and 2nd round wins, along with 36k from the 500 club that we should be able to do something for him.
@bigred87 Hopefully more incentive for Pierre to stay now, with Wycombe doing well in the league and two cups and playing good football to boot. Still think he'll probably go, but there's always hope...
@JohnnyAllAlone , I wouldn't call that "Ominous", I'd call that a clever reminder!
It's excellent that Kashket has shown his worth these last 2 games, as now, no-one would complain if we used the pot to sign him, whereas I think many would have done a few weeks back.
How many Premier League loan forwards have we had play in our side over the years who have shown a fraction of what Kashket is doing. How did he end up without and club?
Not sure why so much is being read in to so little but I'd guess the negotiations are changing after each game and each goal. It will all come down to if he wants to stay. Let's hope he does. I'd like him to.
Promising post match comments from Kashket “I'm enjoying it, which you can see out on the pitch. I don't particularly want to go anywhere else, where I'm enjoying my football is where I want to be. I was having problems at Orient and the gaffer took a chance on me, so I owe him as well.” Let's hope we can sort out a new deal for him soon.

I think he'll sign another short term deal. He's fairly lightweight and it must be helping with The Beast acting as his minder on the pitch.
I am absolutely certain that he will not be offered another short-term deal !

It could be read that there is not enough money in the pot to keep him, Pierre and maybe bring in Cowan-Hall and they more.
**they need more

Can't wait to read the opposition fans views later.
I'm looking forward to the Orient comments!

Highlights from BBC
Kashket. Great hat trick but gloves? Have a word someone
He can wear a willy warmer for all I care, as long as he keeps scoring!
I'd have been furious if we'd given away a goal like they did for Stewarts!
Am I right in thinking Kashket got an assist for the first?
Not a bad day's work
He did indeed. A pin point cross to Hayes.
Hayes has matched his total for the whole of last season as well and got 5 assists
Very good result I love it congratulations all round.
What a great result and £27.000 in the bank
Sensational result. We really are on a brilliant run.
Close to 500 away for a fairly long journey in the 2nd rnd seems like an excellent following too.

Two and half years minimum surely. We wouldn't to get to the start of next season with just 12 months left would we.
Oh yes we would!
Yes I know what you mean. I was just trying to paint a best case scenario!
@TheatreOfChairs actually it was poor Christmas panto jibe!:-)
Is it me or are the above posts unfathomable ?
I worry about the word "particularly".
