TBF Magpies are one of the two teams that could be considered equal to Lincoln Red Imps this season (the other is St Joseph's who beat Lincoln twice already - Magpies now have a record of W1 D1 L1 in all competitions against Lincoln). With that said, Lincoln haven't played Europa Point since before their Swedish imports clicked into place and became unbeatable (check out the twogoals scored by their 19 y/o striker Hugo Jesslén on Friday, they were quality finishes) so that'll be a big test next month.
Curtis has definitely had a "what if" career, as he did not look out of place in the Champo. It's hard to think of he and Gape without feeling sad for how much their progress has been blighted by injuries. Kashket too.
Hello. Only just seen this thread and but keep stumbling on snippets of ex players being involved at lower non league level and providing me with a bit of nostalgia for when they played in the famous quarters. Scott Rendell still scoring for AFC Totton Southern League South, the gangly bespectacled but always pretty iconic Sido Jombati in same division turning up for Salisbury Fc. Stuart Beavon at age 39 still scoring occasionally for Mickleover FC (Southern League Central) and finally Hakan Hayrettin managing Dulwich Hamlet whose 3300 Saturday crowd for an Isthmian League match is creeping up on the Chairboys average! I am sure there are many more ploughing their trade and sorry if already mentioned several times in the previous 231 pages!

And scores a ‘worldy’!
Just when I flicked over to Equatorial Guinea vs Guinea as I thought United were cruising!
Is that a local derby? LOL
Apparently not!
Shame his celebration was so muted, I was hoping for some morris dancing
I’m surprised Bryn Morris is playing at that level.
1583 miles between the two capitals!
Tjay De Barr came on as a 57th minute sub for Lincoln Red Imps against FCB Magpies. Currently 1-0 up, game streaming live here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44VaA7d9LIE
Update: Tjay scored a debut goal
Update #2: He scored again
In before someone says it was a huge mistake to let him go, he never got a chance, always said he'd be a success etc

Most of us would score against The Dog & Duck, every player finds his level be it Prem, Scottish Championship or the GFL

What do they mean about "concerns over his treatment" whilst at Wycombe? Not a good advert for the club.
Al-Hamadi signs for Ipswich, fee undisclosed.
Looked on the other thread - looks like a 'Titanic Sinks' moment 😒
Presumably that we didn't roll out a red carpet for the little prince.
They also say he was "viewed as a talent ready for senior football" and that definitely wasn't the case*, so I'm not too worried.
*except in a world where senior football is a contactless sport, which isn't the case in league 1.
Cue some old footy game stunt where they technically paid £10 up front and the million or 2 in other ways we don't get a percentage.
AFC Wimbledon gonna need to act quick to replace his goals if they're gonna maintain their play-off push though.
Probably why they signed Ronan Curtis last week.
Eze on a hattrick after a brace in the first half v Sheffield United.
Luke Bolton signs for Wrexham from Salford - nice jump up the table!
Curtis Thompson rumoured to be joining Grimsby Town today. Obviously can’t face playing against us on Saturday.
Dennis Adeniran transferred to a club in Israel, interesting timing.
This is now confirmed. Good move for Curtis. Hope he can stay fit. Great player when fit. Definitely too good for League 2 when fit.
