Exactly this. He talked about this in one of his interviews when he first came back. Possibly RTB? He talked about the need to risk failing when he moved to Colchester, about how he made the move alone and some of his peers advised against it etc. There’s no doubt in my mind that he has it in him to turn it around at Luton. The doubt some will have is whether he gets given the time or not. You would imagine that so early into a 3-year contract, he probably will get the time he needs.
Can be difficult for a local area when key customers move on, not sure the impact on the economy was considered when we loaned Taff out but it didn't take long to bite...
Maybe this one - Andronicos Georgiou - who made no appearances for Wycombe, one of 10 clubs the 25 year old has been at over the past seven or eight years. Going nowhere fast!
Agree with @StrongestTeam that being a non-league player is nothing to be sniffed at - my footballing skillz are 100% perspiration and 0% talent, though I’m still playing well into middle age.
But I’ve played against guys that have turned out for non-league sides and they are way better than I’ll ever be, so I respect how hard it is to get to any established level within the football pyramid.
Having played against the ex-pros in the Sergio Torres match (reminds me, it’s probably the right time to rewatch the documentary), I struggled getting from the tunnel to the far touchline before the game had even begun! I take my hat off to anybody who plays the game at any level.
A Location Football interview with Jordan Ibe, worth watching. He comes accross well, he's enjoying his football and Hungerford enjoy having him there. I hope this fresh start works out for him.

He was a development squad signing I believe, during the Ainsworth days. Possibly one of the earlier signings, the Mehmeti era maybe?
