Amazing to see that Huddersfield, who some thought were a bigger threat for 2nd than Wrexham have now dropped out of even the top 6.
And Orient who a few were slightly unnecessarily worried about have now lost 5 in a row are 7 points off the playoffs, and 15 points off us! Having played a game more.
Our biggest threats are probably Bolton who are on a truly excellent run of form (forecast current final pts spread 79-89) & Wrexham (forecast pts spread 89-92) - our form suggsts 85-89 pts so somewhere between 2nd & 4th.
We need to improve and put in a 90+ minute performance to match the second half against Burton on a regular basis.
I listened to the game (good work on your own Phil) and the bit that needs highlighting is Berry who bought the foul when he saw the leg come out. So already he has been worth the wait as every point counts
Ending in the playoff final, v Bolton and Morley scoring a late winner, would probably blow the absolute ceiling off the gasroom making the whole Bloomfield and Rice stuff look like tea at grandmas
Good to scrape a draw, but contextually it's the worst we've been this season. To come in off a good, really fluid home win, against a poor Posh side, and not look like we've ever played together is really bewildering.
We seem to be lacking something. Maybe its urgency, I'm not sure. So many big players were missing, countless passes knocked too far and it out of touch. I appreciate Dodds works with these boys every day, but you struggle to wonder what he was seeing that made him wait 70 odd mins for a sub. Kone makes the difference, classically, but we really did look dire.
Posh were dross, but looked like we did when bad under GA - fine to let the stronger team knock it around pointlessly.
Am sure for about 2months he's been "4 weeks away", but is he "back on the grass", still out for 4 weeks, or has he had a set back?
Can't be the only one who can't see him returning this season, not in such a huge squad where most of our Jan signings can barely get a regular bench berth.
Apparently that late offside was very tight according to my brother who was at the game. Did anyone have a better view of it? MAd to have three goals disallowed in one game. The first one was ludicrous to rule out
It was a lovely, weighted touch but didn’t think I could moan about that one being disallowed as Phil in commentary said the flag was up before he hit it. But regardless, that’s a ridiculous amount if you think about it.
We were utterly dreadful first and not sure what Dodds were doing. McCleary and Humphreys were out of position and we lost control of midfield. The defence, Scowen and McCleary well off usual standards.
We were much better in the second half once we got Humphreys back where he should have played. It was a shocking decision to disallow that Kone header and another one that could cost us dear.
But we showed character to get the minimum we deserved.
Impressed by Berry when he came on in difficult circumstances. Also good to see ultra attacking tactics late on. We need to get back to throwing caution to wind as that was when we were most effective earlier in season.
I feel we need to be above Wrexham this time next week.
Proper ‘Game of Death’ next week. Might not be the ultimate decider but will come with a helluva psychological advantage for the victor. Please stay the course lads!
Let’s not write Dodds and us off just yet, plenty more football to play. Did not like the tactics first half but we improved in the second. Peterborough are a good team so a point there is fine.
I’m not convinced our January transfer business has really helped this seasons promotion push, the ones who have played all look ok but wouldn’t say massively improved us. I’d like to see more of Berry, our front 3 needs freshening up a bit and it’s been handy having Reach to deputise at full back. Norris should never be starting over Rav but I don’t see him switching back now.
Next week is absolutely massive, a season definer but I’m optimistic we’ll get a result.

Morley scored for Bolton again. Biggest mistake of the season not signing him. . Regards.
Luckily it's still quite a big gap under 3rd.
6 to Stockport who have played 1 more
8 to Bolton and Charlton

Lots more turns for sure!
How much did Bolton want for him?
Definitely rode our luck after the equaliser!

Is he The_Commanche on Twitter?

Wrexham play Reading and us away, then Stockport at home.
We need to be ahead of them after these 3, as Wrexham then have a run of 6 games without playing a current top 10 team.
Ending in the playoff final, v Bolton and Morley scoring a late winner, would probably blow the absolute ceiling off the gasroom making the whole Bloomfield and Rice stuff look like tea at grandmas
What a sad end to the season that would be 🤦🤦.

Anything could happen

and probably will!!!
We stay positive for now. One game at a time.
Certainly not worth looking at that brutal last few games of the season against teams all competing for the playoffs.
It definitely feels like we're running on fumes right now, and probably have been for a couple of months.
This is my greatest fear. I just couldn’t stand it. Should have done whatever it took to get him.
Not sure what else we could have done in that second half. 2 disallowed goals and thankfully Kone’s third ‘goal’ was allowed.
Until we sort out our first half performances, we seem to be making everything very hard for ourselves.
Let’s hope Reading do us a favour on Tuesday and then a capacity AP makes plenty of noise for our six pointer with Wrexham.
Think Kone actually had 3 disallowed goals! There was a chip into the net way after the whistle too.
Just one of those games where an early pen just throws the plan into the bin
I have a horrible feeling that it will be us against Bolton in the play off final and Morley scores the winning goal.
We've just spent half a page above torturing ourselves about that 🤣
Does anyone know the Sadlier latest?

Peterborough are not a ‘poor side’ - they are a top six team who started badly are now unbeaten in six and back at Wembley.
Get rid of dodds makes us play worse
The first 'FA are conspiring to get Wrexham up at our expense' posts are popping up on Twitter
@trevor 's clang of doom for another draw.
Thank God we did not lose.
I've lost track of how many times we've been the worst we've been this season, this season.
Wing hat-trick mid-week and then the Hollywood scripted Disney docco clash next week!

Somebody on Facebook called Dodds a terrorist. Is this youth slang or the stupidest putdown ever?

Likely both
