I can't remember who said it, but it feels like it's essential not to drop behind them. Although there's still plenty of games to go, it feels like we've been in the top 2 all season, so even being 3rd for a week will be a mental kick.
However, Simons is on board, Kone is back, and Doddsy is getting more of a grip of what he's picked up week by week.
Huge game at the weekend, but it's not a "freebie" like some keep saying, as if we lose it and Wrexham win, we're suddenly equal for the first time I can remember in months.
Strangely, I think that we may do better against the top teams. You'd think that there'll be much less "parking the bus", especially in away games. The more open the game, the better we seem to play
On another note, I saw a Wrexham fan on their forum state that we've been "gutted" over the last month or so.
Maybe they haven't realised that we brought Taylor back in and didn't lose our top striker!
Not to mention finally found a decent solution for Morley going, plus such an embarrassment of new signings we can barely get most of them on the bench!
Yep, they were utterly in the mire before, but he's taken them even lower. But whatever they saw in him before can't change in 8 games. That'd be daft wouldn't it.
Has to get a go at taking them back up if the inevitable happens.

Gap between us and third is one point more than it was this time last week. Roll on Saturday COYB

We're certainly in much better shape than the last time we faced Birmingham.

Luton have only won once in their last 26 away games, so it's clearly not all on MB. But it's looking really grim ...

A random bloke on Twitter has said that MB has to go because 'He has all the gear and no idea'
So that's that.
Since when have football hierarchy been immune to being daft?
