Before I moved I was in Abingdon @WanderingDays - I’d have been going past Thornhill on almost every away day! sorry to not be more help nowadays, hope you can get up here
I didn't get to Burton, but I've got lifts to various places over the years thanks to @EwanHoosaami and @Glenactico! I normally get a lift to most away games from my two brothers (who live in Wycombe and Maidenhead respectively), but I'll post on here if they can't make it (as with the Stockport game)
Hi everyone, congratulations on a great start to the season. I am a journalist living in Kazakhstan (originally from U.K) and i wanted to write something on the Chairboys under the new Kazakhstan-linked ownership, taking in fans opinions on the project and where they think it might go. I am hoping to the game against Exeter while I am in the UK next month and would ideally like to travel with fans. +7 701 7348448 is my WhatsApp. Many thanks, Chris Rickleton
Would anyone be able to offer a lift back to Reading (or possibly Maidenhead) after the Bolton game? Petrol money and a reciprocal lift on another occasion gladly offered when Mrs. Marginalista hasn't bagsied the car!
I can! I'm staying down with family that weekend and attending this game. It is a bit out of the way for me so if someone who is nearer can help that would probably be easier, but if you get no other offers, let me know and we can make it work, no pronlems.
That would be very kind of you! I'll DM you nearer the time if someone would be able to drop me off on the way to their destination doesn't also offer a lift.
Anyone going up to Preston with a spare seat going? It would be hugely appreciated given the challenges of train travel if the game goes to ET and/or penalties (i.e. there are no trains)
Even just a space on the way back would be ok because I can get up there with no troubles
Hello, thank you so much for the offer - it is hugely appreciated!
What time would you be thinking of arriving? I've agreed to meet up with my brothers and mates in Birmingham at 11ish, so that probably wouldn't work for you. I'm currently planning to get the train from Oxford, but I haven't bought tickets yet
Ok, I'm thinking I'll probably pass on this occasion, but I'll let you know if that changes. Moreover, I'd be very interested in a similar arrangement for future away games, and I hugely appreciate you reaching out to me :)

Thank you! Alas, that would have been very convenient! Abingdon is a nice place
Just bumping this a final time!

Anyone going down to Exeter coming via Oxford way? I only need transport down there cos I will go back with my brother if I go!

@WanderingDays it's very likely that @Glenactico and myself will be travelling up by car for the Birmingham game.
Timings TBD, but I don't see why we couldn't pick you up. If you'd like a lift we could pick up at M40 Oxford Services?
PM @Glenactico if it's of interest to you.

@WanderingDays, we wouldn't be planning to arrive until nearer to 12:00. The offer remains open, so just let me know nearer the time.
