You said yesterday that if we have to wait 2 months for that Danish fella we can wait it out and keep rolling with SG! Changed your tune over the course of 90 minutes?
It’s weird how when you force out the brightest young manager in the EFL while second in the league, you throw your title chances in the bin isn’t it. How could Dan Rice possibly have foreseen that though, impossible.
that was on the managent team, arrogant with team selection, just expecting to win , MASSIVE opportunity lost ...Kone deserves better...if harvie is injured we are screwed relying on a punt ball number 10...his deliveries are terrible....embarrassing
Complacent line up set the tone for the day unfortunately. We’re not such a big club that we can expect to walk these games and I hope we learn that lesson.
We should have focused solely on today and tackled the Barnsley game when it came.
I now take back what I said last week about not needing a full time head coach before the end of the season. The lack of urgency and direction from the start today definitely shows we need someone in as soon as possible if we want to keep on challenging at the top.
Kone made an instant impact when he came on. His first touch and hold up play helped us develop attacks more quickly. Can't help but think if he started we might have won.
In fairness to SG I think it was totally fair to rest the front 3. At the end of the day we've still gained on Huddersfield. But we are fucked if we lose Kone - utterly immense.
you are delusional fella...we were poor and line up set the scene...poor management from Grace...fair play for him helping out but his lack of experience killed us today
Leahy playing LB may actually be a silver lining regarding Harvie, as I think he is better there than midfield. Once we are playing a left-sided wide player like Berry or Sads, I would expect us to start seeing actual competent attacks down that side again.
The starting 11 wasn’t far from the players that have got us to the position we’re in. It’s a missed opportunity but we haven’t lost any ground on Birmingham and Wrexham and gained one on Huddersfield.

Can't wait for 1 minute of added time here
We would have won this comfortably if we had shown Northampton some respect with our lineup.
Head injury. Gonna be 2 minutes.
There was enough quality there from the start to win this - it's a coaching issue

I quickly corrected myself and said we could get a proper interim. SG clearly isn't the answer.

SG has 4 points from 6. Promotion numbers.

Hopefully dictionaries will just show a picture of Rice in the 'Hubris' entry from now on.
I swear that the Gasroom has gone completely nuts in the last two weeks.

Reading through some of these comments you would think there was never a disappointing performance under Bloomfield.
What are you on about?! We were unlucky, some brilliant saves. On another day that's 4-0.
Did SG steal some people on here's lunch money or something?!
It's just the transition from the swan badge to the upcoming new crest of a shield depicting a knife in the back. Causes things to stir a little.

It's always been nuts

Disjointed today. At Mansfield we looked like a team battling adversity together, today we looked like a team who need a manager in the door asap.
For anyone asking why the likes of Butcher, Hanlan etc haven't had chances, that's why. Kone is 100x the player Hanlan is. Time to get rid.

Not sure our title changes are in the bin. Slight over exaggeration.
He had six touches I counted and they were all impactful including that amazing run.
Don't understand why he didn’t start as he’s been playing brilliantly but what do I know.
a point gained on Huddersfield Rovers, well done Sam and team
Let’s hope so. But sadly I think they are.

The 2 Danes and the 2 flairboys start on Tuesday and we destroy Barnsley and the SG for manager bus starts again.
Maybe.
Opinions are like arseholes...
Disappointing result but we should have played our best 11 .
