I know I go on about this, but how do managers see Lubala as a wide option and Hanlan as a 9 when they are much better as the opposite? I am genuinely baffled by this.
I think the catalyst to looking a little more threatening has actually been Kodua joining more attacks. Hanlan also drifting right has made us menacing down that side.
Lubala on his usual island on the left, because he is not a wide player.
The first half was bad, but I’m far more upset that the 15/16 year old lad in front of me has spent the entire half watching his Cheltenham races bets on livestream. No interest in the game. The state of gambling in this country is very worrying.
well that was just appalling...front 3 look poor but better when hanlan went wide...please take Leahy off....most overrated wycombe player of last 10 years
Lubala's issue is he's not skillful enough to be a wide player, and too small to be up top alone.
The disappointment for me has been how Humphreys has looked so isolated. We're knocking it around the back without any thought of how to get it through midfield. Then lump it for Hanlan to miss
Not sure why you feel the need to repeat this every 5 minutes, or who you are asking to take him off, the (temporary ) manager is unlikely to be on here.
So much back seat coaching from the terrace today, can't help but thinking quite a few people would enjoy it more if they just shut up for a bit and watched the game.

Not SG's fault - he's not a manager - but underlines the need to make an appointment ASAP
That's a level of inception I can't deal with on a Saturday afternoon.
Politer than calling it BS
Haha - well said!
THAT is why you play Hanlan wide
Much better from Hanlan, finally.
Picked up a bit last 10, was probably always going to, just hope if we sit back or pick reserves that we don't wait until it's unrecoverable
Also, noone wanted SG to be given the job.

What a save that is!
They did if posts on here are anything to go by
So close! Joe Low deciding to provide the goal threat himself.
The shape on that cross from McCleary for Low was delectable

Oh Cam, that kind of touch shouldn't be allowed before the watershed! Class player.
Get the King on at HT I would
One minute added on when the keeper was down for four.

He's got a bet on Kone first goal scorer so is waiting until he comes on to start watching.

Shit ref.
Kodua is always in so much space. But we never play the switch ball
Really hope we don't sell Kone this window, as we look toothless up front without him

Half time subs though please Sam. NOW!!!! :(
The constant hoofball to Hanlan is appalling.
Kone scores and we go top.
That's a hollywood ending for you, Wrexham fans.
Hanlan had a decent half tbh, just not helped by the approach
Improved as the half went on after a poor first 20mins or so.
McCleary's goal last week has done him a world of good. Looking back to his best today, need to get the ball to him more.
