Agreed and I doubt the the new lads will have clearance to play yet. I would go Bishop, Grimmer, Bradley, Low, Harvie, Scowen, Humphries, Leahy, Kodua, Kone, Fred
Because Bradley had such a good game last week we can definitely afford to ease the newer fellas in.
Especially with Low seemingly here to stay. Albeit he did have tonsillitis last week so night not be over that? I remember being wiped out for weeks in a row with that as a kid
I doubt Westergaard has anywhere near the fitness levels required for this weekend, I suspect he’s spending the next week locked in the gym at Harlington.
And I agree, Sonny plays, first name on the team sheet after this first two games.
I think there is a conundrum for the staff based on whether Grimmer is fit or not. I’m fascinated by what shape will be used as I can’t see Harvie being dropped although he had a stinker against Huddersfield, but he’s still my POTS now Morley has gone.
Mansfield were hard to break down and we’re going to have to maximise our pace out wide to draw their defence so hopefully Cam can pick some pockets in the central channel, and I think Harvie will be pivotal for that alongside Fred. I’m hoping we throw the kitchen sink at them, but this game worries me.
Mansfield were big and physical. I think we will go with maximum experience and height -
Rav
Grimmer Low Bradley Harvie
Scowen Butcher
Gmac Humphreys Fred
Kone.
The bench could be super strong too. I can’t see Sam Grace trying to change from our best formation or try to be clever with a back 3/5. I really hope they will come out super fired up for this.
Kodua has done enough to earn a start over McCleary I reckon. Fred will probably keep his place but seriously needs to pull his finger out. If Anders is fit, he should start.
I’d have nearly exactly this. Leahy in for Butcher purely for fitness/leadership reasons. Need a lot of leaders on the pitch in a big away game. Set pieces vital too. Leahy off at 55/60 if not performing and introduce Magnus.

I’d piss myself if Parkinson took over, we go up and they fall apart
It's a strange one isn't it, and I feel exactly the same. I'm not sure there is room for being sentimental in modern football.
Does anyone have something called Wyscout? A friend of mine looked up our new CB, and said he looks decent but when he makes a mistake it's a howler.
I would have thought ML & by extension EV & DR would be a little wiser to that sort of nonsense
If Grimmer is fit, the team for Mansfield could be (subject to clearance?)
Ravizzoli
Grimmer
Low
Hagelskjaer
Harvie
Scowen
Westergaard
Humphreys
Fred
McCleary
Kone
If the Danish lads are as advertised, that is pretty tasty! And when Sads is back...look out!
You can’t possibly drop Bradley.

We already know that Hagelskjaer has clearance as he was on the bench for the Portsmouth game
Thanks. I would still pick Bradley at the moment.

I’m led to believe that Grimmer is fit.
it’ll be three at the back with Low Sonny and Anders if Grimmer is out with Fred or kodua at RWB imo.
And then probably Anders on the bench if it’s a back 4 with grimmer starting. Or start Anders for a maximum of 60 mins before sonny replaces him.
And there endth my Managerial aspirations.
If Grimmer and Jasper are out I'd go with 3-5-2

It's also an O'Niels' coat, not a Hummel!
Give the needle a tap.
Low's been training this week.
He must be feeling better thank goodness
I'm expecting a High performance from him tomorrow.

If they're getting too physical we'll unleash Westergaard on them.
Alongside Low and Sonny they won't be bullying us.
Bradley is great, but surely we didn't break our transfer record (the first time) to have the lad polish the bench with his derrier?
It is going to be interesting to see what the pecking order is, because I agree Bradley has been fantastic so far.
Not long term, but while he settles and gets up to speed he can be eased in.
