I really like Priestley Farquharson but sadly he finds himself in a similar situation to Chris Forino-Joseph. He’s missed four months following thigh surgery and won’t be fit for another couple of months.
I suppose we don't HAVE to sell, if we don't Joe can leave in the Summer and there is nothing to suggest he would not bust a gut to make sure we had a fine finish to the season with the outside chance of a medal.
If we go up, I wonder if Low will sign a contract extension. Would be fantastic if he could fulfil his needs of football at a higher level, whilst remaining a Chairboy.
I wonder what the fee for Randall was? There's a report suggesting that they turned down £1.5m in the Summer. Not sure what his contract situation was. I was always impressed with him when we've played Posh.
@glasshalfempty It’s a blow for the lad, after only just having recovered from injury to play for us - and of course, a temporary blow for Huddersfield - but the way we’ve been going at left-footed defenders recently, I didn’t feel he was on our radar anymore…
I'm a little worried about our cover at right back now.
I do feel that our goals have dried up a bit because we have become a bit predictable. That's normal. So I think it is good to be able to switch formations and have a plan B.
However, without a fit right back on the books, we become exactly that - predictable.
In other news - Adrian Durham said on the radio that Posh have not kept a clean sheet all season! That is some stat!!
Good point. It's always annoying to go from having a lot of depth at a position to it all being wiped out. A month ago JMac had to leave as there was no hope of getting into the Grimmer-Jasper contest, and now we are bare bones there.
I have not seen anything with regards to him signing anywhere. Shrewsbury fans want him in, and GA is on record as saying the same, but it remains to be seen.
GA also just said Shrewsbury may have to wait until the end of the window to sign anyone. I really feel for him if so - they have a horrible January fixture list, and I can't imagine he was signed on the basis of "we may be able to pick up a few scraps at the end of the window." I am wondering if the takeover was expected to be completed quickly at the time he signed?

Priestley Tyler Heginbottom Farquharson. How he didn't end up a rugby player I'll never know.
Ah yeah, he used to play for Leicester
Nothing will ever top the NFL for incredible names, Barkevious Mingo (son of Hugh Mingo) being my personal favourite.
Looks like the coffers are well and truly open. Lloyd Jones bid rejected…

Great to see. This would suggest Joe Low won’t go until there is a direct replacement for him.

Update from Luke Williams on Joe Low.

if we can get in Lloyd Jones , that would be an incredible window....Mkrley and Imran would be dream land
Another centre-back being linked with us, albeit by their fans. Oxford United’s Stephan Negru. He was recalled from his loan at Salford City today.
no thanks
@LeedsBlue Any hopes we had of a return for Nigel Lonwijk are over. He’ll be out for eight weeks with a hamstring injury.

And JMac is still without a club??
That will be fixed when Danny Imray joins us.

Taking his bow in the FA Cup before joining us?
JMac isn’t going to Shrewsbury.
Sounds like a very suitable replacement for Taff then!
Any word on where he is going

Hahaha are you suggesting we resign him on a week to week basis …
No, I’m suggesting we’ll find out very soon where he’s moving to… and it isn’t Shrewsbury.

I can imagine he was indeed signed on the basis of 'we've got no money...can you make these bastards earn theirs'.
If Shrewsbury had any money they would no doubt have gone for a manager with 'proven success at this level' to spend it.
I wonder if he will go to Bromley if Imray leaves.
