The club made the right decision by not offering him a contract too good to refuse as he was simply too much of a risk.

When you look at our goals montage, a lot of the goals come from one twos in and around the penalty area. Surely this is Vokes' natural fodder?
When / if he is fully fit he'll definitely offer something different.
Hopefully he's around soon when the games really do come thick and fast.
Even this season a number of people eagerly and repeatedly mentioned him on the ex player thread, before an unfortunate injury kicked in.
If only to see those celebratory backward somersaults.

It's a great shame for the player himself. I am convinced that had he not been made of glass, he would be a Premier League player by now.
