In fairness, he is only 24 - not like a 30yo who's only ever played in one region. I think most footballers are realistic enough to know that they've got to take the opportunities as they come if they went to progress up the pyramid.
Morley also played a decent length of time for Rochdale, so his footballing feet are on the ground. The way he celebrated today - eg the third goal - shows his total commitment to the cause. Like @micra, i think things like that, as with his demeanour in interviews, actually means a lot… Whether it means enough remains to be seen.
Morley in undoubtably good and an asset, but the idea that he goes and that's it for promotion I'm not so sure. We've got a good squad here and a management team that have excelled. We may not beat the spendthrifts and Hollywood documentary to automatic but we will make the playoffs I reckon.
A relatively modest example (Exeter City away), a thoroughly convincing one today (Stevenage) and a thumping great example (Stockport). On January 7, possibly the greatest challenge of them all, Huddersfield.
That 4 game home game spell will be a huge part of our season. Will certainly have to utilise the squad, no doubt make a good few rotations on the 4th to be ready for that Huddo game on the 7th.
The media team suspiciously deleted a tweet where they posted a photo of Morley with a caption about how he was loving life at Wycombe. Either he pulled them to one side and informed them that in fact, he wasn’t enjoying his time, or they deleted it for a different reason. Morley permanent incoming!
Once assumed the chair museum was the same as the little place near the station, but there's definitely signs near West Wycombe road pointing to somewhere separate.
Bit unprofessional, someone probably had a word, no need to rub people's noses in it if it is a done deal, and a bit silly if it isn't. Not a biggy but can see people at Bolton not liking it.
I enjoyed McCleary pushing Morley towards the away end after FT whilst the crowd were singing "Aaron Morley, we want you to stay". Morley responded with Bloomfield-esque fist pumps to the away end. I'm becoming increasingly hopeful by the day.

Still time to edit, @Midlander !!
Sorry.
Happy New Year to you and yours.
Not being able to play for anyone else is the huge factor in our favour.
They clearly want to sell and we want to buy, in most circumstances that'll mean a deal can be reached.
The huge assumption we're all making is that a northern lad who has only played up north will want to make the move permanently. But hopefully so.
I always naively come back to the interview with @bluntphil in which he referred to “this great club”.

Was just thinking exactly the same thing, it was brilliant to watch
Yep definitely, it's one of those accepted necessaries.

Another item to add to the honours board.
A hat trick of bogeys laid already this season.

We will get someone else in should he go back.
In case Evatt saw it and has tried to squeeze another 50k out for a "enjoying it" clause.
When was this? Hahahaha
'When I saw the Chair Musuem was in fact a more general museum of the High Wycombe area, I knew this wasn't the place for me'
I always thought there was a separate chair museum. Have I been had on?
It appears the chair museum is in the Wycombe museum.
Come back, Aaron!!!
Once assumed the chair museum was the same as the little place near the station, but there's definitely signs near West Wycombe road pointing to somewhere separate.
Hard to think of a duller museum than chairs.
Posted just after the final whistle!
Mess up the chair making process and you might get....

Nothing wrong with a little riposte to Ian Evatt

As long as the half million we payed for him earlier this week remains 'undisclosed' we can be Little Wycombe for a few months longer.
I’m hoping we are drafting in Luke Moore and Rob Lee to announce the signing.
In the Purple Turtle, obviously
The way Phil Catchpole was talking about the fans desperately wanting Morley to stay made me feel the deal has already been signed. But let's see.
Actually @Kim_il_Swan I went to the pencil museum in October, believe it or not, it was quite interesting. "I must be getting old".
Don't see the point
