Really interesting. Thanks for sharing. I wonder if this helps Hartridge’s cause for a start as he is equipped with the capability of taking solid long throws. It would also mean Kone is likely to start up front - maybe as part of a front two with Udoh. Very excited for the game tomorrow.
It looks like both sides might be a bit light in midfield. So maybe, we should revert to Route One tactics, and lump the ball up to the front men as often as possible, to given them chances to get into the box and score?
Let’s keep it pretty. Love all that clever short pass interplay, especially on the left in the final third but that’s one area where Dan Harvie will be missed.
I'm interested to see if without Morley and Harvie we return to our more pedestrian pass it around at the back style, which was more evident in recent matches against Wealdstone and Swindon with the Cup team on show.
Bakinson looked really good when he played in centre mid against Leyton Orient and not so good when he was asked to play deeper in the Morley role.
I've got no issue with going more direct, with balls into the channels and over the top to try and expose their newly formed defensive line.
We are at our best when we do both but at pace. COYB!
Just as I thought Tutu our RWB is also out so that means more square pegs in round holes in defence. Just keep a high press and lots of crosses into the box and I really fear for us tomorrow night.
The likes of Collins, Charles, Williams, Matete, Sheehan etc are (on paper) top level League 1 players. What's gone so wrong for you to be this concerned? Even with a weakened backline, I'm expecting Bolton to have a very strong side tomorrow night.

Josh Scowen unlikely to return tomorrow says Matt Bloomfield.

Too jazzy
Could be mind games. Not reading too much into that.
It's the BFP - he probably didn't say that at all...
Too jazzy?
I will be amazed if Scowen isn’t at least on the bench!
